Gov. Chris Christie said he is appealing the ruling, through the state's acting Attorney General.  So don't expect anything else on this until probably next summer.

According to The Advocate, he had diabetic kidney failure and was on dialysis where he got a fatal infection.

He only apologized due to the severe backlash over his comments.  He still doesn't like us.

I'm not into this kind of thing, but I know a couple that does the "kidnap and rape" thing.

Alexey Davydov, 36, has died in hospital after a short life dedicated to LGBT rights

One of Russia’s most prominent LGBT activists, Alexey Davydov, has died at just 36 years old after a prolonged illness.

Davydov passed away at 5.40am local time today (27 September) in the intensive care unit of a Moscow hospital.

Despite his illness, he had worked for LGBT rights to the end. He had been due to protest outside the Sochi Olympics headquarters in Moscow on Tuesday (24 September), a demonstration leading to the arrest of 10 activists.

From the town of Liski in the Voronezh Oblast region of west Russia, he became a leading activist, helping the Moscow Pride organization from 2007 onwards and co-founding the LGBT Rights group.

In July, he again protested Russia’s anti-gay ‘propaganda’ law in Red Square with a rainbow banner reading ‘Homophobia, the religion of trash’, causing his arrest.

And earlier this month he dressed as a doctor from a mental health hospital and offered to take away State Duma deputies for their anti-gay madness.

Gay Russia reports: ‘Despite the big health problems in recent years, Alexey continued his struggle to make Russia a free and democratic state. Alexey was not going to die, he had a lot of plans.

‘He always opened the door for new civic activism of young people, who quickly became the vanguard of the struggle for human rights in Russia.

‘But on Wednesday morning he was hospitalized. Rest in peace, our friend! We will never forget you! The kingdom of heaven to you!’

His LGBT activist friends are planning his funeral.

If you retain the rights to any pictures used commercially, then they can be used.  However, this is extremely unlikely.  Even if you did retain the rights, it would cause you problems in the business.

Damn, I just googled it and saw the pictures.  It looks pretty freaky.

You already know what you want and need to do.

Of course it's going to be difficult.  There's the obvious guilt of leaving him due to the autism, but you can't let that hold you back from doing what you know is the right thing to do.  Sadness over ending relationships tend to be quick to get over, especially in situations like yours where you know there's no future in the relationship.

Be strong and don't let anyone bully you into staying with him.  His autism is not an anchor around your neck.

‘Religious Freedom’ bill an effort ‘to reincarnate the Defense of Marriage Act’

WASHINGTON — A group of lawmakers on Thursday introduced legislation in the U.S. House of Representatives that would “protect freedom of conscience for those who believe marriage is the union of one man and one woman.”

Sponsored by Rep. Raul Labrador (R-Idaho), the “Marriage and Religious Freedom Act” purports to “protect freedom of conscience for those who believe marriage is the union of one man and one woman,” but in reality, would permit federal workers and recipients of federal grants and contracts, to refuse to serve married same-sex couples based on their personal religious beliefs about marriage.

The bill would also allow anyone the right to sue the federal government for monetary damages if he or she believes the federal government has discriminated against them based on their religious convictions regarding marriage for same-sex couples.

“The proponents of this legislation seek to reincarnate the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and, in doing so, perpetuate discrimination against lawfully married same-sex couples and their children,” said Ian Thompson, a legislative representative for the American Civil Liberties Union.

“Gay and lesbian couples raise children, vote, and pay taxes just the same as everyone else, but this legislation would allow these couples to be treated differently based on who they are, giving a free pass to federal workers, recipients of taxpayer-funded grants and contracts, and others to discriminate against lawfully married couples,” said Thompson.

If passed, the Marriage and Religious Freedom Act would permit a federal worker processing tax returns, approving visa applications or reviewing Social Security applications to walk away from their responsibilities whenever a same-sex couple’s paperwork appeared on his or her desk, according to the Human Rights Campaign.

It would also allow a federally-funded homeless shelter or substance abuse treatment program to turn away LGBT people.
“The purpose of the legislation introduced today is simply to let federal employees, contractors and grantees refuse to do their jobs or fulfill the terms of their taxpayer-funded contracts because they have a particular religious view about certain lawfully-married couples – and then to sue the federal government for damages if they don’t get their way,” said HRC Legislative Director Allison Herwitt.

The bill is co-sponsored by Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.), Chairman of the Republican Study Committee, Rep. Mike McIntyre (D-N.C.), and Rep. Dan Lipinski (D-Ill.)

Iowa Youth Pastor Rapes Boys To ‘Cure’ Them Of Homosexuality, Won’t Spend One Day In Prison

By now, we’ve all undoubtedly heard of and been outraged by a Montana judge sentencing a former teacher to a mere 30 days in prison for raping one of his female students. But have you heard of the Iowa youth pastor who is walking free after confessing to raping boys to “cure” them of homosexuality?

Well, that’s precisely what happened in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Brent Girouex, 31, was arrested on 60 counts of suspicion of sexual exploitation by a counselor or therapist.

According to KRMG in Oklahoma, Girouex confessed to police that he had sex with at least four youths, but eight more have since come forward claiming that they were also violated by the now former pastor of Victory Fellowship Church.

Girouex told detectives that his actions were meant to “help with homosexual urges by praying while he had sexual contact with [them]” in order to keep them “sexually pure” for God. He then allegedly told police that “when they would ejaculate, they would be getting rid of the evil thoughts in their mind.”

Victims say Girouex took them to his own home to violate them. It’s the same home Girouex’s wife and four children resided in.

You would think Girouex’s crimes would send him to prison for the rest of his life. Outrageously, that’s not the case. The judge in the case sentenced Girouex to 17 years in prison last week, and then immediately suspended the sentence in favor of sex offender treatment and five years probation. All Girouex has to do is avoid violating his probation and he’ll NEVER spend a single minute in a prison cell.

The victims and their families are understandably outraged. After all, Girouex raped boys repeatedly. One would think a court would throw the book at him instead of setting him free upon the community. Even his wife, Erin Girouex, thinks he should be sent to prison and doesn’t want her children anywhere near him.

This “rape away the gay” idea is nothing new. Last year, a radio personality told a father that he should have one of his male friends rape his daughter until she turns straight. This pastor was at the very least using it as an excuse to justify his pedophilia. If the pastor really does believe that’s what he was doing, then it’s a prime example of how hatred leads to insanity. Either way, it’s disgusting, and the judicial system has once again failed to do its job to protect the community and give justice to the victims. This kind of “punishment” only encourages rapists and pedophiles. Because courts are not taking rape and pedophilia seriously, more women and children are likely to be violated because the consequences of committing such crimes are slim to none. It’s just another sign of the worsening rape culture that has been running rampant in America.

YES, The Last of US is an amazing game, but the ending was too predictable.  You could just feel the ending coming up and it ended exactly where I predicted.
