There are some staff that can better answer this, but I see it like using the same VPN as other users.
Many of us use the same VPN, which in theory will eventually give us overlapping IP addresses. As far as I'm aware, this has never caused anyone to be banned.
Russian gay rights group deemed ‘foreign agent’ for ‘violating straight rights’
An LGBT rights organisation based in Russia has been deemed a “foreign agent” by a St Petersburg court.
The label “foreign agent” implies that a group carries out work on behalf of foreign countries, and restricts the work they can do and messages communicated.
This week Coming Out, a leading LGBT rights organisation Coming Out, was told by the court that it must register as a foreign agent.
In a statement after the ruling, Coming Out argued that its defence was not considered in the case, and that it had been fighting against such a ruling for over a year.
The statement also said that the judge ruled that the group violates the rights of “persons with traditional sexual orientation,” and that the state was obliged to limit leaflets such as those given out by Coming Out.
Four other groups were also found as foreign agents this week.
Last October, following a lengthy legal battle, the Side by Side (Bok o Bok), LGBT film festival, won its appeal against fines under the then recently introduced foreign agent law.

US: Researchers successfully destroy HIV in human cells
Temple University researchers in Philadelphia have destroyed HIV in human cells during laboratory tests.
The Pennsylvania team is using a type of gene surgery that uses scissor-like molecular tools to hunt down and snip out HIV in cells.
Lead researcher Dr Kamel Khalili told CBS Philly: “It’s an important finding because for the first time in laboratory setting we show that the virus can be eradicated from human cell culture.”
Though the process did not work on every cell during the trial, the team is hopeful the discovery could eventually replace current HIV treatments with more development.
Current treatment for HIV and AIDS is focused on minimising effects of the disease, not destroying it.
The team’s next step is to move the discovery from the lab into animals. From there, clinical trials on people living with HIV would take place.
There is not a time frame for when the discovery could hit clinical trials.
Earlier this month, a Mississippi toddler believed to have been cured of HIV shortly after birth was found to have detectable levels of the virus once again.
A study released earlier this week reported HIV-positive people are far less likely to die from AIDS-related causes than they were a decade ago.
Australia: Research discovers cancer-fighting drug ‘kicks out’ hidden HIV
A new development in HIV treatment was presented earlier this week at the AIDS 2014 conference in Australia.
Antiretroviral drugs drive HIV down to undetectable levels in the bloodstream so the infected person is able to live a normal daily life. However, the HIV virus incorporates itself into human DNA where it hides and establishes a reservoir, which can activate and flood the system when treatment is stopped.
New research conducted by Aarhus University in Denmark and presented at AIDS 2014, is aimed at flushing out these reservoirs of HIV to make them more accessible to the body’s immune system.
The Dutch team has used the chemotherapy drug Romidespsin, normally used to treat lymphoma. The cancer-fighting drug affects HIV reservoirs in human cells by ejecting the virus into the bloodstream.
Although the virus is successfully ‘kicked out’ of hiding by the drug, the killer T-cells of the immune system are not effectively attacking and destroying the virus.
Dr. Ole Sogarrd, one of the Danish researchers, told the BBC in an interview: “We’ve shown it is possible to kick the virus out of the cells, the next step is to actually kill the cells.”
The next phase of the trial involves combining Romidespsin with an immune booster to encourage an active immune response against the HIV virus.
Many questions remain about how the ejection process works, how many of the virus reservoirs are affected and in which cells.
Regardless of these remaining questions Dr. Sogaard sees the research as a promising step forward in the treatment of HIV. “Every step forward is always exciting, and I think this is quite important … We know it’s a step forwards, but we don’t know how big, it might just be a single step or it could be a great leap forward,”

Study: HIV positive men at increased risk of heart attacks
Men living with HIV are at greater risk of developing heart disease, new research in the US has found.
The study, published in the journal Annals of Internal Medicine, showed that men with HIV have more soft plaque buildup in the arteries, a condition called coronary atherosclerosis, than men without the virus – a risk factor for heart attack.
Researchers from the Johns Hopkins University and other institutes looked at 618 HIV positive men and 383 HIV negative men in the Baltimore/Washington, Chicago, Pittsburgh and Los Angeles areas.
The men examined in the study were between ages 40 and 70 and had sex with other men.
63% of the HIV positive men in the study had coronary atherosclerosis from soft plaque, compared with 53% of the men without HIV. The increased coronary atherosclerosis association remained true for the HIV positive men even after researchers took into account other heart disease risk factors, such as smoking and high blood pressure.
Researchers also found that men with HIV who had taken antiretroviral drugs for the longest amount of time and whose immune health had worsened the most over the time they’d been infected with HIV were more likely to experience coronary artery blockages from soft plaque.
“Thanks to effective treatments, many people with HIV infection are living into their 50s and well beyond and are dying of non-AIDS-related causes – frequently, heart disease,” Dr Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute Of Health’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said in a statement. “Consequently, the prevention and treatment of non-infectious chronic diseases in people with HIV infection has become an increasingly important focus of our research.”
Coronary heart disease is the UK’s single biggest killer.
Nearly one in six men and more than one in ten women die from CHD each year.
US: Los Angeles porn permit applications down 90% since mandatory condom law
Applications for permits to shoot pornography in Los Angeles have fallen by 90%, since the use of condoms was made mandatory earlier this year.
The ordinance, passed in November 2012, made condom use a requirement for a permit in LA County, and banned the filming of bareback sex in the city, which has traditionally been a haven for porn studios.
However, despite the huge fall in official shoots, it is likely that the regulation simply forced studios underground.
Mark Kernes of industry magazine Adult Video News said: “A lot are simply shooting in out-of-the-way places where they won’t be caught.
“Normally it’s in people’s homes who are willing to rent them out for a day. Sometimes it’s out in the woods. There are vacation cabins far away from anything that you can shoot a movie at.”
Film LA, which issues the licenses, said that just 20 had been issued this year so far.
Steven Hirsh of Vivid Entertainment Group told Associated Press that his company may relocate if the law is not overturned.
He said: “There are several places we’re looking into. Some people are already shooting in Nevada, and that’s something that’s certainly on our radar.”
The AIDS Healthcare Foundation, which spearheaded the law, said: “When we first proposed the Los Angeles City bill, the industry said they’d film in other L.A. cities. When we proposed Measure B for L.A. County, the industry said they’d film in other counties.
“And when we proposed AB 1576, the industry said they’d film outside of California. Are workers in Nevada any less entitled to protection from harm than those in California?”

Olympic kayak hopeful talks of relief after coming out as gay
An Olympic kayak hopeful has discussed coming out as gay, saying it was a relief, and that he had an overwhelmingly positive reaction.
Connor Taras, 25, missed joining the 2012 Canadian Olympic team by half a second, and still travels to the US every winter for training.
He said being gay but not out meant the time off the water, spent with other team members, were tough.
“That’s when I found it really hard to hide who I actually was. It was a constant game, from the minute I woke up, to the minute I went to sleep,” he said.
Discussing how he lost his confidence, and his training and performance suffered, Taras decided last year to come out, telling his friends first then his family.
After coming out in the Toronto Star, Taras said he had received messages from around the world.
“It’s OK to be homosexual in sport and still compete at the highest level,” he said.
He said he feels relieved not to be carrying a secret around.
Police force gay porn star to undergo enema to remove Crystal Meth from anus
Porn star Bruno Knight has been arrested in California, after attempting to smuggle crystal meth into the UK.
The British-born actor, real name Phillip Gizzie, was arrested at Los Angeles Airport after attempting to board a Virgin Atlantic flight with the drugs inside his anus.
According to reports, he was stopped by customs officials after a tip from the US Drug Enforcement Administration, and during questioning it was noticed that Knight was “moving erratically” and “sweating profusely”.
The star told officials he had taken methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana and GHB, and later admitted to having the crystal meth inside him.
He was carrying three packets of the drug – a total of 226 grams.
He was able to dislodge two of the packets himself, but the third was unable to be removed.
He was transferred to Centinela Hospital in Inglewood, where the third package was removed by enema and seized.
Knight is currently being held at the Los Angeles Metropolitan Detention Center, and has reportedly waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
He is yet to be charged following the incident.
He's since been charged with drug trafficking and related offences.
I have no sympathy for people who traffic in drugs.
I'm not sure how you think that, but his record says otherwise.
a tattoo on the dick.. hahaha.. I have seen dick piercings several times. However, I have never seen a tattoo on the dick yet.
There are many videos here with guys that have tattoos on their dicks. I think Raging Stallion has the most.
This is how I view it;
It depends on the individual guy, but never, ever any back hair and the hair they do have should be tidy. This isn't to say that they should trim whatever hair they have, but I don't want 3 foot long bushes between me and my man.
The solution is not slut-shaming or looking for scapegoats; the solution is to take direct personal responsibility for yourself and what you do.
I think people should be honest and tell the potential sex partners that they are Poz.
Sadly, humans are scum so you have to look out for yourself.
Many moons ago, I met a guy who said "if I'm not tested, I can't have AIDS". I sorta understood what he meant, because back then, HIV/AIDS was still a death sentence. The medications made you sick and you were still gonna die early. Today things are much better.
BTW, I'm negative.
It's basically the same as a deep tissue massage, which increases blood flow and removes tightness in the muscles.
I would say it makes your whole foot stronger, by the need to keep your body stable.
It will work with a seedbox the same way it will work on your computer.
Good modern AV software shouldn't be too much of a drain on laptops.
Also if you don't have an old computer, they shouldn't be too power hungry. Modern AV software uses a small fraction of computer resources compared to 10 years ago. 10 years ago, they could easily use up to 50+% of your computer resources. Now they use between 10 and 15%, except when doing full scans.

Crestor is a statin for cholesterol.
Bystolic is a beta blocker for irregular heartbeat and other heart issues.
Very few drugs are 100% safe and none are free from side effects in all people. It's a benefit vs risk issue. In many cases, doctors have to choose which issues are the most important and treat those as the priority.
As for changing your pills based on a small change in your test scores, that's quite often due to the guidelines given for the pills.
I too have neuropathy. I have it below the knees and in my forearms. My feet are the worst. I'm also on statins. I had high cholesterol (red zone), but now I'm in the yellow zone (high side of the safe area).
