I haven't had it, but I have looked online about it.
Due to the lack of supply, no country is pushing full scale vaccinations, at least for now. Most countries are only giving the vaccines to those who treat people with the disease, immuno-compromised, or other factors that make you at high risk.
According to the CDC, there are only a few side effects for either vaccine. These mostly consist of soreness, redness, and pain at the injection site. ACAM2000 also has rash, fever, and swollen lymph nodes. All of these are only supposed to last a couple of days.

I don't know the current situation, but prior to the new forum software, there was a fix for this that had to be applied individually.

The torrent site and the forum software had a "bridge" linking them that the site owner created. He's working on one for the new forum site and torrent site, but last I heard he's having some issues. Of course, this has taken a backseat to fixing the new domain, to replace the old own (.rent vs .ru).

Netiquette dictates that when you ask a question like this, you also provide your own answer.
The only exception is when you are doing pure research, where you don't give your own answer so it won't bias the results. You would let the readers know this.
Obviously, you don't give your own answer to questions where you really don't know; ie "anyone know what time does the hardware store opens today".

If i were in that situation, it would depend on how bad the situation is.
If it were places where you could die or be sent to prison, I would be extremely careful, generally.
If it's a place that is generally conservative, but unlikely that I would die or be sent to prison, I would be more likely to come out.
Either way, I would not be openly gay to the wider society.
