Section 230 isn't needed in the US.

Prior to Section 230, if they act as a publisher, they are liable for what is posted, but if they act as a platform they are not. We discussed the 2 lawsuits that made this clear.

Section 230 made special rights for "big tech" so they could act as both. It allows them to ban speech they don't like, as a publisher but protects them from lawsuits as a platform.

NO, I am not talking about the few limited cases of banned content by the government and SCotUS.

Racism is so rampant, that once again, blacks have to create their own racism victimhood to bolster their claims.

What I find cringe-worthy is how the same TV station reported on the story before and after they found out who did it. I'm not shocked, because it's always the case. They hunt for stories that fit their "all white people are evil racists and all blacks are victims" and quite often it bits them in the ass.

We saw this in the 2010s with stories about rape. Every story that came out of the US about some poor, poor girls getting raped and the powers at be did nothing, turned out to be a total fucking lie (Jackie @ UVA, Diamond @ Duke LaCrosse, Mattress Girl, Take Back The Night Girl, and countless others).

Likewise, we quite often see blacks using "racism" as a shield for their own wrongdoing. We saw this with the 4 black chicks on the UofMichigan campus bus that caused a fight, being too stupid to read the signs on all their buses that they have video and audio CCTV on every bus. They claimed that they were the victims of racism and didn't fight back. The media pounced on the story, not waiting for the CCTV to be released, which proved the black chicks were the aggressors.

The mess at Evergreen was caused by an entitled black student (the quasi tranny in a lot of the photos) who assaulted a white student in the cafeteria. Campus police got involved and the black student turned it into "crackers are racist" crap and we watched as the liberal nutjobs did their thing, including forming mobs with baseball bats hunting down wrong-thinkers.
