It's like how DACA, an executive order by Obama, was made LAW by a court ruling and not by lawmakers.

I find it extremely odd that the billionaire class pushed for the Great Reset and Build back Better, then we end up with C-19 which not surprisingly allowed their agenda to gain massive traction.
