That you haven't download rights is not an issue, because our system allows to get back the small torrent files of the completed torrents listed in your Profile.

"unregistered torrent" [1] means the torrent has been deleted from the tracker. There are many possible reasons for deleting a torrent:

• removed by the original uploader
• not seed completely by the original uploader
• dead (no activity, not seed for a while)
• found duplicate
• issues with the files ((e.g. DRM, does not play)
• found not "gay"
• DMCA Take down request by a copyright owner or it's agent
• banned

For the message from the tracker, respectively the error, select the torrent with the red arrow, then look in µTorrent's lower window part under the "Tracker" tab what is marked behind the tracker announce URL.

What is your torrent client programme, what is the shown status of these torrents and do you see a message from the tracker?

You can see the number of seeds and leecher in your Profile 

At what step of the download process does that happen?

• When you click "Download" on a description page, with an error message from it?
• In the web browser, wirh an error message from it?
• When you add the downloaded torrent to your torrent client programme, with an error message from it?
• When it is added to the torrent client programme, but don't download?

If there is an error message, what does it say?

Could you please tell as well what torrent client programme you are using (µTorrent/BitTorrent, Vuze/Azureus, Transmission, BitComet, …).

Did you use our site some time ago already?

That torrent has been moved to the DVD-R (not porn) category. This category is only accessible to Power User or higher. Unfortunately our system does not make an exception for the original uploader.

If you like to have changed something on the description page, we can do it for you. Contact the Helpdesk in that case.

If you still have the movie file, you do not need to re-download the movie to reseed, so you do not need to have seeder in the peer list.

This goes no off topic, but you got still the data (movie) files, but no on your portable hard disk drive?

Then you can still reseed the torrents from the portable HDD, just load the torrent again and click on ". . ." in the small window which µTorrent opens when you add a torrent, then navigate to the file and save. Do a recheck.

As not the initial uploader (the torrent poster), you can leave the swarm whenever you like.

This said, you need as well keep your ratio above the minimum ratio requirements and that means usually to continue seeding once the download is finished. You can read about the minimum ratio requirements by clicking on "Ratio: …" below the blue menu band in the upper part of our pages.

That is a very exceptional situation. Until now I've seen only once a torrent which didn't made a single download and only once or twice a torrent didn't made enough downloads to have 3 other seeds.  Usually a new torrent gets very fast many downloads. Due to the minimum requirements here, the members having completed the download are staying to seed, too.

Our rules don't have a formulated exception for this case, but it is clear that then must be made an exception to the "seed until 3 other seeds are available" requirement. The uploader should in this case contact the staff on the Helpdesk. We can propose different solutions:

• promote the torrent to the top of the list so it gets better visibility
• decide that seeding can be stopped, if no leecher and a completed download
• delete the torrent, if no leecher and no completed download

Remark: While waiting for approval, no leecher is normal, because the torrent is visible only for the staff (if seed!). It can take some hours until a torrent is reviewed and approved. Currently even more, because of the extra work load by bringing back our beloved forum and limited staff.

To add, the limitation of active torrents shown in the Profile is in force only when you initially seed an own new torrent. At any other time, there is no limitation in the number of seeding torrents imposed by the rules or system.

Remark: It is easier to increase the number at early account times, because it is based on the highest all time average. Best by uploading own torrents.
If we see high upload rates, we can give an exception to our "Only one new torrent" at a time rule. 1 for each 75 KBytes/s upload rate, usually we give only up-to 3 new.

The number of simultaneously allowed downloading torrents is shown in the Downloading rules of our "Rules" page, accessible from the blue menu band.

That is one idea I had already expressed staff internal. Unfortunately it needs programming on the site and the resources for that are very limited.

What we can do as moderators, is to delete a picture if a member likes to upload a "good" thumbnail contact sheet. In case write to the Helpdesk with a link to the torrent description page.

Remark: The "good" above is referring to the size of the thumbnail pictures (about 240 - 320 pixel width) , their number and arrangement in columns (3 or 4) and rows (8 to 12) on the contact sheet to avoid that they are too thinny. Please take the numbers just as indication.

UPDATE:
Rationator 3.0 is introduced since 2013-08-01. It adds a component of daily .torrent file download permissions depending on minimum share ratio, personal ratio and uploaded own torrents.
