That is a difficult to obtain amount of SBP. However we got a few members reporting daily many Duplicates (50 points each) and the Affiliate signup bonus brings me a few hundreds of points each day. So it is not impossible to have so many points.
Yes, that is how it is supposed to be done. 
The important thing is that there are two torrents listed in your client as you say "… opened it in uTorrent so it made a new torrent. ..." and "... Now I have 2 torrents pointing at the same file ...". Then each tracker will get upload/download information from the client separately.
If the client wants to add the other tracker (announce URL) to the already existing torrent, because both torrents got the same hash, don't do it. This is good for public torrents only, not for private tracker torrents. The client will mix up uploads and downloads from and to both trackers peers and therefore the ratio etc on both trackers. This might get you banned on private trackers.
If both trackers torrents got the same hash, you could run two different clients, e.g. µTorrent and qBittorrent, or two instances of µTorrent (it is described on their site how to do that) with in each one of the two torrents.
The site is currently in an intermediate state between 'Invitation only' and 'Open signup' where the affiliate referrer links do still work to signup and give the points.

What you say means that you actually have already downloaded the "torrent", the small file with the .torrent extension, and added (respectively opened) it to your Vuze.
The issue is, that Vuze doesn't know where the torrent's data file(s), the files listed to share in the small .torrent file from which the torrent was created, are located on your computer or storage device.
When adding a .torrent file to Vuze, it should show a window with the files and to where they shall be downloaded. There you have to change the directory (aka folder) to the directory where the data file, respectively if multiple the directory with the files, is located.
If that window doesn't show up, you need to change Vuze's settings.
Your account isn't disabled and you can still upload, seed, reseed and even download freeleech torrents.
Seeding isn't a sprint, but rather a long distance run. Every time I look, I don't see you seeding anything.
A good way is as well to place the 'Affiliate' referrer link on a forum / board which got likely interested readers (gay porn consumers) and allows such 'advertising'… That is from where the majority of my bonus points are generated.
Often members new to uploading, make quickly a row of uploads, all with similar issues. Until these get reported, the reports treated and the uploader notified and realises the issues the impression of a 'flood' can be created. Usually that gets under control soon (means a some days).
It might be that the other trackers are not using secure http connection (https), but a plain http connection.
You could try to change the tracker announce URL in the properties to start with http://tracker.gaytorrent.ru:2710/… (no 's' and added port ':2710') to use plain http for gaytorrent.ru, too.
There is an option to change the default of this in the Profile Settings (for future downloads).

That said, those uploads regularly create reports. So better make clear it are no real deaths / murders in the presentation.

You should try to properly uninstall QuickTorrentMaker: Start menu > All programs > QuickTorrentMaker > uninstall
Then install QTM into another directory, the C:\ root directory works well, to my experience, and setting BitTorrent.exe instead of uTorrent.exe on the first screen. Run QTM.exe as administrator:
Means:
a) Change Choose the Installation Destination from "C:\Program Files x86\QuickTorrentMaker" into "C:\QuickTorrentMaker"
b) Change Path to uTorrent.exe from "C:\Program Files x86\uTorrent\uTorrent.exe" into "C:\Program Files x86\BitTorrent\BitTorrent.exe"
