Where do you see that you don't get credit for it, i.e. with what method are you getting to that conclusion?

RE: What am I doing wrong? Where's my rating?
You compare items which do not contain the same information.
µTorrent UL/DL:
This is the total Upload and Downloaded data amount since ever that torrent has been added to µTorrent.GayTorrent Profile:
This is the the partial Upload and Download data amount since last not interrupted seeding/leeching session of that torrent. After an interruption, the counter is reset to zero and restarts. While I write this, your session lasts since 07:50 to 12:50 UTC (GMT), i.e. for 5 hours and the Upload/Download of the last 18 minutes isn't yet registered (30 minutes intervals). It will be zero on the two torrents, because no leecher = no upload.
Of course all the announced upload and download is counted and added to the grand total of your account's Upload/Download amount and not lost. Just it becomes impossible to say how much of it was which torrent.

RE: Rationator 3.0 Torrent Download Permissions
Without being able to give you the definition of Iptorrents for "Hit and run", in the context of torrents it means to download a torrent's files and to stop the torrent or remove it from the torrent client programme as soon as the download is complete.
That means the burden of uploading, which is the bottleneck for download speeds, is left to other users. If that behaviour is common on a tracker, download speed will suffer quickly after the first hype and many torrents will turn dead already a rather short time after their initial upload.

RE: Uploading TV Shows and Music?
Torrents for (streamed) Music Shows, is a clear NO.
Torrents for TV Shows depend on the TV channel / network which produced it (no mainstream TV channel production) and it must be gay themed. There are not many fulfilling both conditions …

RE: Rationator 3.0 Torrent Download Permissions
The Baseline permissions have been adjusted, following the feedback from long-time good members. They felt to be too much limited by them, which is not the intention of the Rationator 3.0 system.
This concerns members which built an account over time, having more than 50 GB downloaded. The changes in detail:
< 100 GB + 2
< 250 GB + 3
< 375 GB + 4
< 500 GB + 5
< 600 GB + 5
< 700 GB + 4
< 800 GB + 3Here an illustration:
Baseline 1 are the previous, Baseline are the new values.
The starting curve remains unchanged. This is to slow down new hit and run accounts created during open signup. We had seen new users downloading hundreds of gigabytes during the 3 days grace time just after account creation. Rationator 3.0 makes that more difficult (but not impossible). We are not looking for such "power leecher" members, but for members who care, share and stay.

RE: Deleting new duplicate also deletes new comments and screenshots
That is a good thought.
Only I fear an automatic "merging" will be quite difficult to programme (duplicate pictures, sort out comments not content related, etc …).
Manually merging is possible through moderators' editing (except for comments*), but frankly speaking, currently we have only 3 active on torrents and are missing just the time. We work on getting more :crazy2:
- = I guess our programming team can add such a function.

RE: Why have all Dominic Ford uploads disappeared?
There were numerous DMCA Takedown Notices from Dominic Ford or an agent of the studio and the torrents tacken down accordingly.
If you feel these take downs are abusive, look at the "DMCA" item in the blue menu band.

RE: Downloading?
OK, the upsidedown h is actually the Greek letter µ from µTorrent. So you got µTorrent installed.
If you download a torrent, you should select "Open with …" and choose that µTorrent or uTorrent
It might help as well to go to the Start menu of Windows (the button bottom left of the Windows desktop) and to select there to open µTorrent. Then in Options > Preferences > General > Click on the button "Associate with .torrent files" if it isn't greyed out.

RE: Rationator 3.0 Torrent Download Permissions
Hit and run account opening / closing is an issue to open sign-up. Having control on that behaviour will allow for more open sign-up periods, something which is intended to be the future.
In addition this system will give yet another reason to upload own torrents. Currently there are too few uploader of own torrents.
I can understand if some members will find the system to restraining. In that case, they should think if **Gay-Torrents.**net with open sign-up and no minimum ratio requirements isn't the better site for them.
Personally I keep membership on all major English board language torrent sites.
BTW: Does anybody know a Spanish gay torrent tracker?

RE: Rationator 3.0 Torrent Download Permissions
There was the word "will" in my sentence, means the changes to the system are not yet effective. They will be slightly different to what I said.
The basic amount of torrent file downloads will still be based on the minimum share ratio of a user. In your case 8.
Then to this amount will be added the difference of the actual share ratio multiplied by the basic amount, with a limitation of the maximum multiply to a certain value, e.g. 3. Further the system maximum will be increased, means own torrent uploads can largely increase the limit.
So in your example:
base amount + ((share ratio - minimum ratio) * basic amount) = torrent files due to share ratio8 + ((1.13 - 0.50) * 8 ) = 13.04 > rounded to next integer = 13
The minimum allowance for users with download rights is 1, even if they don't meet the minimum ratio requirement.

RE: Rationator 3.0 Torrent Download Permissions
The developers built in a security that the same torrent file is counted only once and your amount is manually corrected.
thanks for the feedback. -
RE: Rationator 3.0 Torrent Download Permissions
There will be a change in the implementation, which will allow members with good share ratio more torrent file downloads.
Means not based on a members minimum share ratio, but on it's actual share ratio.

RE: Rationator 3.0 Torrent Download Permissions
The system did count 8 downloads of a .torrent file, means 8 times clicked on the "Download" button or the three green down arrows in the "Search" or "Browse" lists …
