    • RE: Torrents morts

    • RE: Please Help! (upload issues)

Try these steps in µTorrent/BitTorrent to change from downloading to seeding:

1/ Stop the torrent (do NOT remove)
2/ Click with the right mouse button on the torrent in µTorrent's list and select "Advanced" > "Set Download Location…" > navigate to the file location and confirm (Save)
3/ Right mouse button click on the torrent in µTorrent's list and select "Force re-check". The torrent should check to 100% and µTorrent displaying "Finished" instead of "Stopped" in the status column.
4/ Restart the torrent, it shall go to "Seeding" or at least to "Queued seeding"

You can avoid this issue in future by downgrading to µTorrent 2.2.1 > https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=135394

Actually I mean my question serious and like to get opinions and views from more members interested in this subject.

The "masking" of Japanese porn is a good point and the marking of masking (no mask, light mask, masked …) already a discussion on it's own.

    • RE: Delayed seeding?

Make your torrent client programme connectible. Requests from other member's torrent clients don't reach yours.

Then what happens is that at the first sync with the tracker when you start seeding, there isn't of course an leecher. If are leecher joining, they'll get your IP from the tracker and will send a request to get data, but it doesn't reach your torrent client programme if it is not connectible.

The next sync with the tracker initiated by your torrent client programme, it will get all the IPs of the other members trying to download. From then, your torrent client programme will start to propose uploads to the downloaders and traffic will start.

The easy and dirty work around is to Stop (not pause) the torrent when you see a leecher on the site, then after a few seconds to restart it. That will initiate a sync with the tracker outside the 30 minutes intervals.

The correct solution is to make the torrent client programme connectible. Usually it are the forwarding (aka NAT = Network Address Translation) and the firewall settings which cause the issue.

µTorrent/BitTorrent got a built-in test: Options > Setup Guide > select the "Network" test and run it. The result should be a green check sign, not a yellow/orange only.

      a) A easy solution for the portforwarding, is to activate UPnP and/or NAT-PMT in both your torrent client programme and your modem/router (the box from your ISP, usually it is already on there). Then restart your torrent client programme

      b) The firewall needs to have an exception for incoming connections for your torrent client programme on the port which you've set to be used in the torrent client's connection settings. There may be multiple firewalls active, e.g. Windows' built-in firewall, your internet security or anti-virus built-in firewall. All need to have that exception. Easy try is to set the Windows firewall exception to "On" if your torrent client got such option and restart the torrent client.

    • RE: Any recommendations?

But the uploader of these torrents think it belongs rather into Chubbies than into Asian.

and why is non-Asian Chubbies porn more present in "Bears" than in Chubbies and therefore Chubbies becoming defacto a prevailing Asian Chubbles category?

What will serve a Chubbies "no Asians allowed" category, if nearly nothing is put there?

    • RE: "Porn Guardian Scores Big Against Illegal Torrents"

      @danijelr15:

… Just look at all that twink porn on the site with barely 15 y.o. kids. ...

If you find any torrent for content of which you have evidence that a model is barely 15 y.o., please immediately report that torrent and share the evidence with us. We'll immediately verify the evidence and take it down (no Pornguardian needed there) and add it to our ban list.

In case the origin of a content can't be verified and it is with potential under age models, it will be taken down, too.

    • RE: Any recommendations?

I don't know why, but members post content with Caucasian ethnicity chubbies rather in the "Bears" category. IMHO, rather than creating again another category with ethic "discrimination" it would be recommendable to move not hairy chubby content from the "Bears" category to "Chubbies".

    • RE: Please Help! (upload issues)

Then that torrent has been removed for not being seeded for 3 days after upload and you'll need to start over again. Don't hesitate to ask in this topic or on the Helpdesk if you get stuck again.

However make sure it is the full message and it is not saying "unregistered torrent pass" , i.e. with the word pass in addition. That would mean your personal secrete passkey is missing in the tracker URL and you need to load the .torrent file which you get with the "Download" button from the description page.

    • RE: Please Help! (upload issues)

Can you please look in the lower window part of µTorrent or BitTorrent under the "Trackers" tab. There is the announce tracker URL.
What does it say in that line in the "Status" column?

Attention! Don't post here the announce URL, if t is the right, it contains your personal and secrete passkey. That URL should have the format!
http://tracker.gaytorrent.ru:2710/HereYourPasskey/announce, where "HereYourPasskey" is a long series of letters and numbers.

There is no issue from our side when you do that. However I am not sure if it is a good plan for you NOT to use a VPN to download torrent's files.

You might better look on TorrentFreak about VPN providers respecting privacy and allowing torrent traffic …

That is likely a browser option … which are you using?

For example in Firefox it is in Tools > Options > Applications > Action (change "Save file" into "Always ask")

    • RE: Issue with playing a movie

That mpg programme stream contains MPEG-2 video and PCM sound, it plays well.

I'd assume you haven't installed a DVD Video (= MPEG-2) codec on your computer.

My recommendation for Windows users is the CCCP (Combined Community Codec Pack), which is a small free and open source software package.
It is up to you if you choose to install the MPC-HC (Media Player Classic - Home Cinema) which is in the package or only the codecs and media splitter.
