You are conflating Free Speech with Protected Speech.

To use the old chestnut:  "Calling out 'Fire' in a crowded theatre is Free Speech.  It is not Protected Speech."

I do not believe that Free Speech is an absolute.  There are political theorists who consider Free Speech to be an absolute:  therefore no Slander/Libel laws, no Sedition Laws, no Incitement Laws.

Yes, it is 'Free Speech' if it were done as a political act.

Free Speech should not be an absolute.  In Canadian law, this could be argued as a form of Hate Speech.  It's an attack on dead soldiers not against the government that sent them out to die.

There are a whole slew of older videos that are difficult to find that'll I'll make Freeleech so that other people can enjoy them:  Oh Brother, Kept After School, Mountain Patrol, Doing It, The Grease Monkey, and Kansas City Trucking Co for examples.

Canada has the weird position that we had the first legally recognized same-sex marriages that predate our government recognizing same-sex marriage.  Our fight was led by the MCCT (Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto) under Reverend Brent Hawkes performing marriages under a loop-hole in the law then fighting for years to have the weddings recognized.

I live in Toronto and know some of the people involved in the fight - including Rev. Brent Hawkes.  I belong to one of the first synagogues in Canada to perform same-sex weddings.

I'd say the opposite.  I'll give Freeleech to files that have one or two Seeders - they tend to be the rare ones that most people may have missed and it improves your own ratio if you are one of two seeders rather than one of 50 or so.

My first recommendation for gay SF is Lois McMaster Bujold's Ethan of Athos.  Athos is a single-sex society where the social norm is homosexuality.

Whether or not this happened, the statute of limitations has passed so no charges can be laid.

Every seems to be talking about their favorite studios rather than using objective criteria.  Just a comment since I'm nerdy.

I think Men.com has high production values and produces a lot of movies.  What would be other criteria?

What would be the best studio to work for?  I've heard Kink.com is very good to their employees.
