When have I ever threatened to stalk you on the Internet? One, I don't believe in doxxing. And two, I don't care enough about you to think about you, good or ill, when I'm not literally staring at this website.

First season was great, but I worry about how long this will end up lasting; I imagine HBO wasn't expecting how much of a hit this would be and a part of me wonders if they're going to stretch this out and milk it to the point only the die-hard fans are watching,

They probably won't but with "The Walking Dead" still fresh in my mind (I can't believe that lasted eleven seasons. I thought it was getting stale and the show was starting to spin its wheels by season 3.) I can't help but wonder.

On an off-topic side note, Anna Torv being in this reminded me of another show, Fringe. Man, that series, season three, in particular (though it should absolutely be watched in order...otherwise you will be basically looking at the TV, head-tilted to one side, thinking: what the fuck did I just watch? ) is definitely worth a look.

An interesting thing is... Trump is NOT right wing. In fact, the problem he has with republicans is that he is not conservative ENOUGH! The "never Trumpers" are extreme Right Wingers.

Also.. it's obvious that Trump gets attacked more than any other politician or government official in history (which will probably backfire and result in his 2nd term). I GUARANTEE you, that if Trump were not there to attack, the next leader of the Republican party would be attacked just as much as Trump is being attacked. The media don't need facts, they twist things however they want. In fact, notice the still photos you see of Trump. They take the most unflattering images of him, and stick them on stories. Quite the opposite of what they do with other people such as actors and actresses, in which they take hundreds of posed photos, and select only the best ones. Meanwhile, the pics they show of Biden almost always have him smiling, or holding his hands up like a preacher.

Also, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act was authored by Chuckles Schumer. Because it was extremely homophobic, it was the only time, until now, that Dems cared about religious freedoms.

@ianfontinell I hope the response in Colorado Springs--and elsewhere in the US--is forward-looking: One of healing, inclusion, tuning-up of red-flag laws, etc. The focus should not be on the shooter. That creature is locked up and will stay way until the end of its life.

Also, false flags are a real thing. You clowns claimed your party servers were hacked, but refused to let the FBI look at them so they could help find the guilty party. It just keeps getting worse for Trump, and this time it's his own fault. In an attempt to tie Joe Biden to Trump's claims of a witch hunt, Trump's camp released a copy of the letter received from the National Archives, related to the documents turned over by the Trump camp from his private residence back in January. (NOTE: The only tie to Biden is that Biden refused to assert his executive privilege to prevent release of the boxes of documents from the National Archives over to the Justice Department; the National Archive refused to recognize Trump having executive privilege after leaving office).

We now know that it was the 100 classified documents (comprising 700 pages of classified, top-secret information) and the willy-nilly, cavalier way in which those documents were handled/stored by the former president, that lit a fire under the executive agencies to raid Trump's Mar-A-Lago resident this month.

Interestingly, neither the National Archives nor Trump's representatives at that time made any mention of the alleged claim that Trump de-classified the documents prior to leaving office. That legal argument is currently being alleged by Trump's lawyers in the court in Florida; however, they have not, and apparently cannot, produce any actual documentary evidence to support that de-classification order. If it existed, this order would be easily obtainable by Trump's attorneys.

You misunderstood my grounds for appeal.

I have no illusions that the Fed judiciary (still plump with Trump nominees) will fail to continue the activist intervention that led to the creation of Gay Rights under Federal Court mandate long before any actual laws were passed (much as I agreed with the politics of those rulings, they were "judicial overreach" IMHO).

No, the basis of the appeals in this case will be the vagueness of the law.

There is a principle under US Law that says, for example, you can't write a law that says "Don't do bad thing, or you'll go to jail." and "let the courts figure it out" - which is basically what the real "guts" of this new law attempts to do... No, laws have to be specific!

It was the FBI that repeatedly lied to the FISA court. One FBI agent even illegally altered an official email to further the anti-Trump agenda.

Hillary Clinton was an awful candidate for President - I voted against her, and would again (gleefully!). That said, she didn't have any ties to Russians - or any other Foreign Governments - in the 2016 election cycle. And neither did her campaign.

Why? Because they were "old school" politicians who knew and understood the rules-of-engagement.

Trump and the Trump campaign did not - so when the Russians came a knockin' they didn't report it to the FBI (the way they were supposed to), they jumped at the chance! It was wrong of them, and it nearly got Trump impeached! (That is not what the first impeachment trial was about - the Dems never did get any evidence that Trump himself colluded - or even met with or talked to - actual Russians himself - so there were never any actual charges raised... and the "Special Prosecutor" admitted that he didn't file any charges against Trump - not because he was guilt-free, but because as the sitting President, he was untouchable.

But why let FACTS get in the way of your argument - you never have before! Hell, you've made them up before! I'm sure you'll make up some more now!

Even Derek Jeter admitted after he cheated and successfully claimed that a foul ball actually hit him on the hands... the real fault was, after all, the umpires, no? (that's an open question for Sports Fans to argue about for decades to come!)... the point is, mistakes happen... the real question (in my mind) isn't so much whether the amateurish Jared Kushner actually MET with the Russians (he did)... the real questions are:

Did he know it was illegal when he did it? When did he learn/discover that it was illegal? Did he do it again after this discovery? How much and when was Trump himself involved.

Some of that may have been uncovered in the special prosecutor's investigations, but it hasn't been made public.

But this "our hands are clean" act - after SO MANY have been charged and convicted - is not fooling anyone!
