Yep. My impression is that over the years files get moved around between so many different people on various sites that it's like a huge game of Chinese Whispers, and eventually you end up with files with names that bear nothing in common with their release titles.

Like I said, the idea is most definitely NOT to find a way around uploading duplicates. I'm becoming quite adept at recognising random uploads here that I've seen before and report them if I can verify that they're dupes. I just thing that if people can take a couple of minutes to research their uploads and name them properly before adding them to the site it would go some way to making things better for all users, even as the file propagates through other sites later on. Its so frustrating to see relatively new scenes uploaded with random titles when the real information is so easy to find.

I know that you're not supposed to (read "allowed to") rename files that you upload, but I was wondering if there's any leeway.

I'm a stickler for trying to organise my own collection to the best of my ability, so I'm curious about whether or not it's acceptable to rename some uploads to correct wrong information. For example, a file might appear somewhere that reads "2 hot twinks fucking on the bed.mp4" and a little bit of research shows it to be a studio file originally titled "<STUDIO> -<Twink A> and <Twink B> Enjoy a Cheeky Afternoon.mp4"

Would renaming it be forbidden? As long as it conforms to exactly the same title as the actual source of the file I'd regard it as an improvement, and would make it easier for people to find what they're actually looking for, but I understand if that's a problem here. Obviously nobody should use it as an excuse to upload duplicates of what's already here. It just strikes me that there are so many duplicates floating around with various names that give no hint as to what the original file pertains to.

Thoughts? I rename a lot of files in my own collection to make them easier to find, but I wouldn't want to fall foul of the rules if I ever uploaded anything.

@tnar I'm all for keeping people informed, but even if they don't read the forums this has been on the general site rules page for quite some time now. You could probably autofill the first line of the comments boxes with this rule and it would still get broken. LOL

@Thesock Did you happen to check how long was left on the freeleech before you started it? Could the freeleech possibly have expired shortly after you started the download? That would be the most logical explanation.

I think @john32123666 is probably right. Some of the new scenes from various studio include limited hard-coded subs, but they don't add much. In all honesty I suspect it would involve much less time and effort to just learn the language than it would to find subs for most of them.

@pupkinvasya Defo the right scene, though that film looks like a re-release. I know it well, and I know I have the original version somewhere but can't find it. Definitely from one of the UK studios, so I've been looking at Bareback Boys, Load XXX, TXXXM.... no luck yet though. Probably in a folder I haven't organised yet.

@lawyer72us Big fan of comics, but there are so few that I bother to download, mainly because I don't like the art style. Growing up with Marvel comic in the 80s has jaded me to the way that a lot of modern comics are presented. I think if terms of purely pornographic comics my favourite would be Bang Hard Ben. The whole bara genre and stuff like it just holds no interest for me.

This is about you accusing other people of treating you differently. Not one response has done anything validate your original post. For fucks sake, you even said that having gays and lesbians forming a group pisses you off, but you won't commit to saying why, other than you don't feel you have anything in common. Apart from who you want to fuck I'd argue that you have as much in common with them as you do with anyone living on your street. How pissed off would you be if the lesbians back then went off and got better rights such as the ability to get married, but the gays didn't because they didn't have the foresight to see that we're stronger together?

If you want to make an argument then make it! Stay on-topic (for once!) and make a case, but if you won't then whatever you do don't complain when I (or anyone else) challenge what you say.
