There are four groups to whom we come out:

Ourselves.
Our family.
Our friends.
Our community.

Then there's the fact that we come out daily, pretty much, meaning that when we step out with our bf into public or correct someone's pronoun usage we are coming out to the strangers around us.

There's no correct order except that we tend to come out to ourselves first. (There are people who's family or freinds tell them, or to whom passers-by assume for you but that's a little different.)

If you've come out to yourself and you don't know who to trust next the I suggest coming out to your community. Find the LGBT center near you, take part in an LGBT themed event (baseball game, picnic, social group), go to the gay ghetto near you and sit in a coffee shop. In the community, most everyone will empathize with you. (There's always a bitchy queen out there who doesn't pay them no mind.) Places like West Hollywood and Castro are "safe spaces".

Going to a bar or club is another way to come out to your community but the vibe is very different and alcohol is involved, that might work for you, that might not.

You didn't explain why you want to tell them.

One thing I forgot to add in is culture. If your from the US or Western Europe they'll have a support system like PFLAG available to them. Not so in other parts of the world.

A way to think about coming out:

First we come out to ourselves.
Then either our family and friends and then our community, or vice versa.

You've already come out to yourself. If you can't come out to your family and/or friends then make a new family and friends in your community. Get involved. If there's an LGBT center near where you are and call them to get information on activities, social clubs, etc. so that you can be apart of something else. Even being active on a forum like this is a good start.

There are "legitimate" trans people who are born anatomically ambiguous, or have dysfunctional testes, etc.  Those people were born that way and I have complete sympathy with their condition and wish them the best in dealing with it. 
HOWEVER.. there are also people such as Bruce Jenner and a LOT of other people are are 100% "male" and just decide they want to be a female.  More specifically.. there are many men who decide to become a woman so that they can make money in prostitution.   Again, I don't have anything against escorts.. but changing one's gender to become sexually marketable is a big problem.  In fact, those transgendered prostitutes almost never have their penises removed.   From my observations.. that type of transgendered person gives "real" transgendered people a bad name.   The "fake" trans are very often extremely malicious, violent, suicidal, homicidal, negative, monsters.

There's a language game going on (you alluded to it when you correctly said "kneeling now means standing") where people are trying to redefine terms to fit an agenda. Trans is one.

I agree that body dysmorphia might be a real biological condition. My heart goes out to men and women to decide that they have to mutilate thier bodies to feel comfortable. But the queer movement has decided that sex is not gender, sex is a choice, and other nonsense. In front of that backdrop the mentally unstable and ill have come out in droves. Bruce Jenner is one – and people were expected to applaude.

From what I've seen, there are a lot of men and women who are psychologically fucked up from growing up in an environment where gay = sin, their parents are unaccepting, hiding a part of themselves. My personal feeling is those environments cause a psychological effect whereby men don't feel they're men, women don't feel like women. Whatever the real cause, many of these people are mentally unsound.

Being trans and having brain damage so I take a shit in front of someone's house... Enough with the excuses. Own up to being a bad person.

If you go to Twitter and search for nongtea or nongtea_kup you'll get this amazing twink. I'm not really a twink-chaser but the video snippets he posts of himself are amazing. I want to see the whole thing.

I think she's wrong to do it but my best guess from her statement,

"I kneel because I will stand with those young men, and I'll stand with our soldiers, and I'll stand with America, because I kneel,"

She's addressing one of the criticisms people are making: It disrespects the military, the people who served, and the people who died. She's trying to make it seem patriotic.

What's really shocked me about Texas, where she's a rep, is that the Cowboys, the f-ing Cowboys, took a knee.

Live Leaks had this video of a village in Africa taking all the old people in a village, putting them in a ditch filled with wood, putting grass on top and burning them alive. The people, mind you, they were old, who managed to crawl out got kicked back it. It was brutal and hard to watch.

Problem with that is "why are those US troops there to begin with?"   It is because North Korea is still in a state of war with South Korea.  They are in an armistice.  North Korea has consistently threatened to take over South Korea, and would do so if they could get away with it.

Also, that doesn't take into account that North Korea is doing illegal weapons sales, starving it's own people to death, selling it's own citizens into slavery, mass executing and torturing people for no good reason,  kidnapping and raping young girls, etc.

If you take Trump's speech at the UN at it's word, then each nation must be sovereign. (He contradicts himself later by calling out the weakened Cuba, Venezuela, and NK.) But the UN and US leave plenty of countries alone to pursue hateful agendas. Think of the Rwanda; look at how we ignore all that's going on in Saudi Arabia.

Arguably, NK is conducting illegal arms sales because they are barred from trading in the free market. RP's idea puts them back in, potentially.

As for forcibly entering South Korea, there's no direct evidence that they want to forcibly reunite. The two Koreas still trade with each other and have made several attempts over the decades to unify economically, each time failing because NK takes a bellicose stand towards the US.

I want to see Ivy to more. I'm kinda hoping they put her with Selena and Breasts Tabatha, who looks like she might get some character development this season. Did you notice how Selina was happy that Tabatha was "worried about her"? Plus with Butch set to be Soloman Grundy, there's some hope for her this season.

I don't care if Penguin gets together with Penguin but I love that they took the risk. Love is a great conflict for Penguin.

At the end, with Bruce falling through the window, I agree, I think Ra's will help him out.

Why do you want to tell them? I think your reason should be your guide.

Since you're 27 I assume you're not (financially) dependent on them. If you were, I'd advise against telling them. If you think they'll disinherit some vast sum that you need, I'd also avoid telling them.

If you're trying to build a closer relationship, you might have to take the risk.

There are lots of other scenarios, in each one you risk or gain something, so it's up to you to decide if the gamble is worth it. In my experience though, moms always know. They may not admit it but it's rare to hear about a mom who didn't at some time already suspect. If and when you do decide to, start with the parent you think will be most understanding.
