Two good posts. I certainly think some guidance would be helpful for both uploaders and downloaders.

While you will never get 100% agreement, everyone could get a better idea of how to define an upload or what to expect when downloading.

Nice to know Popper has time to spare to take on another project (cannonmc ducks to avoid Popper's mouse thrown at him )

Vintage - I feel this should be at least pre-1990, maybe even refer to 'pre-condom' so they don't get confused with 'bareback' which despite Wikipedia is not synonymous.
