I haven't got that file but over 100 people have without a problem it seems.
The first thing you should try is another movie player. I use Media Player Classic Home Cinema as my default.
Then try VLC
If you are still having problems, ask again and someone else may have a suggestion

If you are trying to increase your ratio you could use the manual upload page - it's not difficult as long as you remember to download and seed your own torrent.

I don't really get annoyed with uploaders, after all they are doing the work. And the people you mention are a tiny handful. My only gripe is when they don't acknowledge the original poster if they got it from another source.
I save my annoyance for people who download and don't say thank you.

I am saying exactly that - but obviously not if the movies are all in one torrent. You can, theoretically, have infinite different download locations (actually 'infinite' might be OTT) all going at the same time.
I don't know how exactly your torrent client is set up but when I open a torrent file in uTorrent it asks me where I want to download to. I just change the location to, say, my Falcon folder or my Catalina folder.It can be any location on my computer, any hard drive, partition, folder, sub-folder.
uTorrent offers a handy drop-down list of the most recently used folders or a Find button to look for the folder you want to save to.
If you download to one folder and then decide to move the file, uTorrent lists it as missing. You then just go to Advanced and change the location by pointing uTorrent to the new location and it will happily carry on seeding.
Forgot your second point. If you download to a specific folder, there is no need to move it (unless you change your filing system) so the file is just sitting there if you need to help with a seed.
First you need to realise that computers are stupid. If you move a downloaded file you need to let your torrent client know.
Un utorrent you change the Download Location. In Deluge I believe there is a similar thing or perhaps the 'Move Storage'
There is absolutely no need to keep everything in the folder you download to.
I find it easier to change the folder to save to before starting to download. You don't need to use a single default folder.
If you mean you have to plug in the USB connection, why not just get a USB hub. I have two hubs on one USB socket giving 12 connections
I hesitate to suggest yet more new software but your browser IE8 is quite old

The passkey (nothing to do with password) is what identifies you to the tracker as being you and keeps track of your uploading and downloading. You don't really need to understand it but if you have any doubts (perhaps even if you haven't) you should follow Pawpcorn's advice above at reply #3
If you change your passkey (and it seems you should) then you will have to re-download any torrents you want to keep seeding or downloading. That DOES NOT MEAN you need to get the movie files again, just the small torrent file and use that instead of the suspect ones that may be causing the problem.
If you change your passkey it will mean the ones being used will no longer be valid whoever is using them
