There is a way (I assume for a Mac too) but it is very frustrating. You think you should advance the audio only for it to be even more ahead or vice versa.
Another problem is if the two go more and more out of synch over the length of the movie. I think I've only ever managed to cure one movie with that problem and I can't even remember how or with what I did it.
For a PC, TMPGEnc can do a good job at adjusting the synch.
Alternatively you could just dub the whole thing with suitable music ;D
I don't like stumbling over pictures of chubby, hairy, cross dressing twinks. Could you spend your precious time moving them to a special category.
Or should I just ignore them like I do the scat images?

Having checked with a Mac-owning friend, there are no special steps to uploading with a Mac.
All you need is a torrent client (for example Vuze or uTorrent) to create the torrent file. Then gather at least one decent picture and some information about your file.
Do a thorough search to check you are not posting a duplicate file.
To upload, click on Upload button at the top of this page, then click Upload Page. Then you just need to follow the steps on that page.
So you choose at least one category from the drop down box when you click the down arrow (you can choose more now or later).
Then the rest of the steps appear:
Choose Pic(s). From your hard disk upload at least one decent picture. If you upload 10, others won't be able to add. And remember the pictures will appear in reverse order so that the last one you post will appear first on your torrent page. So if you want the front cover to appear as the first picture, upload it last.
Torrent Name This is the title that will appear at the top of the page. There is an ongoing discussion about how specific this should be (eg studio names) but try and make it something that will show up in a search for this movie.
NFO and URL You can probably ignore these until you are more familiar with the process.
Description Here is where you should describe what the torrent is all about. Technical details are not necessary but I like to include the cast and a brief description of the plot. If you are posting a collection this is also where you list the files (perhaps easier after you have uploaded because you can just copy/paste the list of files as posted)
Torrent File This is where you choose the torrent file you created earlier.
Then you DO IT. This will upload everything to the site but the torrent will not yet be visible. Now is a good time to see if you have made any mistakes because you can still edit or even delete at this stage.
DOWNLOAD YOUR OWN TORRENT, yes, the one you have just uploaded because that will then contain the information for the tracker to seed. Now open that torrent (make sure you don't use your original torrent) in your torrent client as you would any other and, when asked where to save, point to the exact file (or folder if you are being bold but start simple, I say) that you made the torrent from. Just to add it may say it will overwrite the file - it won't but if you feel nervous make a copy of the file and save elsewhere.
Your torrent client will Check the file (if it does anything else you are not using the correct file). Once it has checked it will start seeding.
It may take a few minutes for your file to become visible. Once the Type (category) line appears, you are seeding and you can sit back and wait for the dozens of thank yous and hundreds of bonus points to shower down… dream on.
If this is your very first upload then check out the First Time Uploader banner, usually on the front page of the Search pages and claim an extra 600 points!
Now you can sit back, sip your wine and choose your next share. Good luck

Actually if the staff are to be believed no-one can sign up AGAIN unless you first ask them to delete your previous account(s) and explain why.
The point of invites is to invite people you know during periods when it is invite-only sign up, like now.
You automatically get some invites to share when you become a power user. You can buy invites using bonus points but they can only be used by powers users. Who get an upload credit when someone joins.
So, in short, for you, no point at all

I usually just delete the re-downloaded file once I have started the seed because uTorrent saves a copy to its own folder
Not sure which guide you mean but that is rather hard on people who still have their original one partition with their OS on it as it was when purchased.
My default for saving files from anywhere really (mp3, podcasts, pictures, set-up files, pdfs, text files,even movies) is my Desktop so I know exactly where they are and they are easy to find.
Podcasts are deleted after I listen to them, pictures will be filed if I want to keep them or deleted if they were part of an upload. Set-up files will be tried (and perhaps kept on another partition) and maybe moved to my 'saving data partition).
I'd suggest you don't try to figure anything today, just put your feet up and enjoy the holiday weekend, even it isn't one where you are

The simplest way I have found to take snapshots and make thumbnails is to use Media Player Classic HC - not only is it a good player, but with a couple of clicks you can get a full contact sheet.
After many times of 'losing' stuff when saving, I save everything like that, initially, to my desktop. I can then sort out a final place after.
And keep seeding…
