The image button just puts the image BB codes, you need to put an image location URL between them - that's the top line, image url is just the location of gt.ru default smiley policeman

The first URL link is just a straight paste of a normal URL

The second is a paste of the URL between the URL codes made by pressing the Insert Hyperlink' button - there is no difference that I can see!

The third link (and my preference) has the link 'behind' the text. This is done by adding

{url = andyourcopiedhyperlink}Your Text{/url} - obviously you need to change the curly brackets to square ones. The text can be formatted as normal.

Ab, if you click on the link above it tells you how to claim your points by sending a PM to junior. I think it would be impossible for the staff to monitor every torrent to see if it is a first-timer. Even if this is your third torrent, you must have done a first one sometime

I'm a little confused - when you say you deleted the 'seeds' do you mean you deleted the original files/movies?

I feel that there would be no point in sending a reseed request because no-one will have the files to reseed. If you have just deleted the torrent files you posted then you can download them again from your posts and start them in your torrent client. pointing them to your original file.

If you have deleted the original movie files, then the post won't work.

If you have only deleted the torrent files, the whole thing can be rescued. Perhaps you could give us a bit more info.

Remember the torrent files are not the movie files.

I always use the Upload page to manually post. Not very hard as long as you remember to download your own torrent and start seeding with that

I know this will have no effect but indulge me while I let off a little steam

This morning I received a system request to see if I could help with a reseed. I had the file still on my hard disk so I started reseeding, eventually a few others joined in and now there are 13 seeders.

So I shared 1.36GB of my bandwidth with someone who had made a request.

I understand that if I post something,unbidden, that's my decision. Nobody asked (or most times). If I download a post, that's my decision although I always try to say thank you in some way.

But if I ask someone for help, I ALWAYS say thank you - to the helper if it is in the forums, or by bonus points, a comment or freeleech in the torrents.

So after the reseed requester had grabbed his pr0n, did he go to the original post thread and say thank you to the seeder(s) who had helped him…erm, no.
Did he maybe leave a comment for the OP for his original torrent...erm, no.
Did he drop a few bonus points for the OP... erm, no.

I have made this rant on another site and got shot down saying we don't do things for thanks. No, but if no-one says thanks the supply of help dries up.

I used to do quarterly stats for another gay torrent site. I gave up when they showed the number of people saying thanks was about 5% of the number of people grabbing the torrents.

Rant over...for now.

PS I suspect that the person who made the request will never see this. Why go to the forums when there are so many numpties who will just give you your pr0n ration for nothing

I'm all for _optional_English subs but it can be annoying watching a movie in English with hard-coded English titles. I suspect it's the same in other languages, eg, German movie with German subs.
But the optional ones also benefit any members who may have hearing problems.

And I plead guilty to not always mentiong what language my uploads are… but as I'm a Brit, everyone will know they are English with Large Type subs coz we shout louder when people don't understand

But Popper has named the sites which are exclusively gay torrents - all other mentions I can find on a search are really general torrent sites (TPB, Kickass, etc) with perhaps some gay content. And a lot of rip-off sites!!

I have asked a Russian friend if he knows of any gay Russian sites
