Personally, I think that anyone who creates and/or enforces laws should get a 5x penalty when they break the law.

So much for "equal protection" --

See my earlier post about your warped view of "freedom"...

Umm, what is wrong with that?

He knowingly broke the rules and wants to keep special privileges.

Next, you're gonna post about a felon crying because he can't have a gun.

ONLY in your feeble excuse for a mind is "participating in school" a "special privilege"...

Had he been protesting for, say, Trump's fake election lies, then you'd be all over this!

THAT is the difference between you and I:

      • I am a conservative who believes the law applies equally to all - regardless of the viewpoint of the others.

      • You are a Trumpite who believes that the law does NOT apply to some people (whose views you agree with) and should be especially strictly applied to those who you disagree with.

      • I believe in FREEDOM - freedom for all to have their own opinions, their own beliefs, and in a Gov't that is as SMALL and unobtrusive as it can be to permit and protect the freedoms of ALL - Even Liberals, hell even Nazi's!

      • You believe in the freedom to enforce your views onto other people, to limit the ability of people who oppose you to express their views, and in a Gov't that CONTROLS the populace. (Sound like Kremlin-talk? I think so too!)

I can understand why he's still able to run.

Imagine the reverse. If you don't like a candidate you just accuse them of a felony so they can't run. Once the election is over, drop the charges.

Truth is, he's admitted to the crime (killing her), he pled not-guilty because he thinks there were mitigating circumstances warranting a lesser charge.

Oh, and if he pleads guilty to a misdemeanor? He can serve! Even from jail!

True, because no voter fraud ever happens, despite all the cases we know about it happening.

OAN backed down due to the legal case.

Oh, say "hey" to your bestie Stacy Abrams.

Ummm... don't you thing that IF they had any actual evidence - that would be admissable in court - that they would have gone to trial?

    • OAN forced to admit 2020 Election fraud claims were... well, fraudulent!

The right-wing cable network One America News Network (OAN) on Monday ran a pre-recorded 30-second segment acknowledging that there was “no widespread voter fraud” by Georgia election workers in the 2020 presidential election. The segment appears to be part of a recent settlement relating to a defamation lawsuit brought against the network by two such workers.

The segment notes that an investigation by state officials into unsubstantiated claims of widespread voter fraud made by ex-President Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani turned up nothing. “The results of this investigation indicate that Ruby Freeman and Wandrea ‘Shaye’ Moss did not engage in ballot fraud or criminal misconduct,” a narrator states.

“A legal matter with this network and the two election workers has been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties through a fair and reasonable settlement,” the voiceover adds.

    • Florida Man strikes again

Circumcision Rage Leads To Florida Bust

A 28-year-old Florida Man was arrested May 4, 2022 for allegedly battering his ex-boyfriend during a predawn confrontation about penises, according to a criminal complaint.

Cops report that Kyle Elias Perez--who shares a St. Petersburg, FL residence with the 37-year-old victim--woke up his now-ex at 5:15 AM and confronted the victim for “not having any compassion for [Perez’s] desire for uncircumcised penises.”

Investigators noted that Perez, who apparently is circumcised, screamed at the victim for “having no compassion for the arrested’s mutilated genitals.”

Perez, cops say, then grabbed the victim’s arm and struck the man in the face, causing “visible injuries to arm and face.” Perez also allegedly scratched the victim while pulling his hair.

When officers arrived on the scene, Perez fled the residence on foot and hid behind a vehicle in a rear alley. After being apprehended, Perez reportedly stated that the victim’s account of the incident was correct, and that “he and his ex-boyfriend/victim were arguing over uncircumcised penis.”

    • Murder suspect may show up on November ballot in IN

A murder suspect could be on the Boone County, IN Republican ballot in November unless he withdraws his name.

Andrew Wilhoite is one of three candidates who won the Republican nod in Tuesday’s election to pursue a seat on the Clinton Township Board in November’s general election. Wilhoite earned 60 votes to his colleagues’ 106 and 110.

Wilhoite was charged with murder in March after confessing to police that he hit is wife with a concrete planter and dumped her body in a creek, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Elizabeth ‘Nikki’ Wilhoite, 41, filed for divorce from Andrew on March 17, and when Nikki didn’t show up for work the next day, a co-worker told police the couple had domestic trouble and asked them to check on her, according to Boone County Dispatch records. Police reported finding Nikki’s body where Andrew told them to look on March 19.

No one can remove Wilhoite’s name from the ballot, but he has the right to withdraw his name by June 15, Brad King, co-director of the bipartisan Indiana Election Division, said Wednesday.

“There is no legal reason he can’t be a candidate,” King said. “Under our system you are innocent until you are proven guilty. If a person is convicted of a felony, then they are no longer eligible to be a candidate and are ineligible to hold office.”

New office holders generally take an oath of office before Boone County Clerk Jessica Fouts in her office, but there’s no rule requiring the oath to happen there.

“Any notary public can administer an oath of office, and that can be in any setting in which the person is available to have the oath administered and sign the oath of office,” King said.

Fouts said she’s never administered an oath to an inmate, and Boone County Republican Chairwoman Debbie Ottinger said she does not remember another time that a candidate was incarcerated.

Wilhoite, a 39-year-old farmer, is scheduled for pre-trial conference this month. August is the earliest possible date for his trial, but murder trials in Boone County usually occur more than a year after charges are filed. Wilhoite is being held without bond in the Boone County Jail until his trial, as required by law for the charge of murder, so he is not likely to be free before November.

    • Gay Florida student says school stopping him from running for senior class president

BUNNELL, Fla. (AP) — A 17-year-old gay student who was suspended for leading protests at his high school against Florida’s so-called Don’t Say Gay legislation says school administrators are now stopping him from running for senior class president.

Jack Petocz made the announcement Tuesday on Twitter.

He says because of the disciplinary infractions he received for leading the protests at Flagler Palm Coast High School in March, school administrators are preventing him for running for the elected student body office.

In an email, school district spokesman Jason Wheeler says Flagler Schools is not permitted to speak about individual students’ disciplinary records. Wheeler also notes that requirements for individual clubs or organizations are set by the schools.

    • Former U.S. Rep. Corrine Brown (D-FL) pleads guilty in fraud case

A fraud case against former U.S. Rep. Corrine Brown has ended with her guilty plea to a tax charge in a charity fraud case. The 75-year-old Democrat had been convicted in 2017 of 18 counts and served more than two years in prison before her release in 2020 on humanitarian grounds due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Her initial conviction was overturned after an appeals court found one juror had been improperly removed.

A plea agreement filed Wednesday says that although the charge carries a possible three-year prison sentence, prosecutors recommend that the judge not impose any additional prison time, but order that Brown pay more than $62,000 in restitution.

    • RE: I wonder what studios think of Onlyfans and Chaturbate?

      @lololulu19

Many years ago, I actively recruited "models" for multiple porn production companies.

Back when I was younger, being in porn was seen as "disgusting" and a "small step above prostitution" (after all, you got paid to have sex with someone else that, except for the money, you wouldn't have had sex with otherwise).

By the 2000's, porn stars were akin to ROCK STARS in the Gay Community! They were idolized out in the open, and some received "appearance fees" just to show up at a gay bar somewhere!

Now, 20-years later, EVERYONE's a porn star (just look at OF, F4F, and the others!) Got a smart phone, drop your drawers, turn on the camera app, and you're a porn star!

I'm not judging any of this - just pointing out how times change!

FWIW: I have friends who still work in the porn industry. MANY "studio" stars will do prostitution (e.g.: "paid hookups"), but not on the main sites (e.g.: not on RentMen or the likes). I also know 2 people who were on TV reality shows who also do this for extra money.

About the only GAY porn star I'm aware of who made any kind of "leap" to non-porn acting was Brent Corrigan, and that doesn't seem to have gone far (it's a far tougher business than porn - because you need more than clear skin and a big-dick!)

Anyway, WRT your comment about people you see on Grindr: I doubt most of them had any desire at all to see you naked, either!

That's the REALITY of life! There are THOUSANDS of "regular" guys for every 1 Staxus or Helix "star"! And they're all having sex! (Ok, not with you! But, we already covered that.)

Whatever your type: twink, twunk, athlete, hairy-chested powerbuilder, or fat older man - there are THOUSANDS of people out there who are "into" your type! The trick is to find them! (HINT: porn-eligible twinks won't be found much on Grindr!)

Want another example of this? Check out any local nude (clothing-optional) beach! I used to go to one when I lived on the other coast (of Florida), and I use to joke that 80% of them were so awful-looking to me that I'd pay for them to put their clothes back ON!! LOL

    • In wake of the Buffalo mass shooting, let’s pity the poor white people ... again

Come and let us pity white people. They are the real victims here.

That, in essence, is the battle cry that’s powered much of American politics for the last 30 years, the last 15 in particular. It has echoed from the halls of government to the set of Fox “News” to the far-flung strands of the world wide web.

Poor white people. They are being overrun by caravans when not murdered by illegals or terrorized by Muslims or tyrannized by masks or oppressed by vaccinations or canceled by culture or lied to by media or lied upon by media or cheated by elections or blamed by Blacks or vexed by “Press 1 for English.”

Or replaced — evicted from their God-ordained preeminence by “others” who will be obedient voters for the liberal left. So says the so-called “Great Replacement Theory,” which originated in the fever swamps of white supremacy and now has a regular megaphone on Fox, courtesy of Tucker Carlson.

But that hasn’t been his message alone. It’s also been the message of New York Rep. Elise Stefanik, Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz, would-be Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance, of conservatism as a whole, in response to a demographic shift first forecast years ago: that by 2050, people of color will constitute a majority of the population. Where some of us saw in that prediction change and challenge, they saw the gains to be made by fomenting white panic.

Thus, it was shocking and painful, but also predictable, that a stupid white boy with a stated belief in the replacement theory allegedly walked into a supermarket in Buffalo, New York, on Saturday and shot 10 Black people to death. Indeed, this was no more surprising than last year’s massacre of Asians in Atlanta, 2019’s massacre of Latinos in El Paso or 2015’s massacre of African Americans at a church in Charleston. Panicked people do terrible things.

But yes, come and let us pity white people. Many certainly pity themselves.

That’s how you get a country where critical race theory is banned by law, but you can learn “great replacement theory” by turning on Fox. Where voting keeps getting harder and gun ownership easier. Where Colin Kaepernick is unemployed, and Carlson is not.

Speaking of which, he addressed the shooting Monday on his show, somehow managing to blame “professional Democrats” without once mentioning the racist theory that he and the alleged shooter both happen to believe.

Garnell Whitfield Jr. was also on television that day. In a grief-tattered voice, he spoke of his family’s anguish at the loss of his 86-year-old mother, Ruth, who died in the shooting. “But we’re not just hurtin’,” he said. “We’re angry. This shouldn’t have happened. We do our best to be good citizens, to be good people. We believe in God. We trust Him. We treat people with decency and we love even our enemies. And you expect us to keep doing this over and over and over again. Forgive and forget. While the people we elect and trust in offices around this country do their best not to protect us, not to consider us equal, not to love us back.”

And suddenly, you knew he was speaking out of a bereft exhaustion that encompassed not just him and his family but all of us who have been betrayed by America and its dream. “What are we supposed to do with all of this anger,” he pleaded, “with all of this pain?”

The question resonated, as it has for years unending. And, as for years unending, no answer immediately presented itself.

But yeah, sure, let’s pity white people. Let’s never forget who the real victims are.

@raphjd said in Florida joins other states to ban protesting outside someone's home:

      @bi4smooth

Illinois and several other states have bans on protesting funerals (thanks to Westborough Church).

I can't remember all the details (for Illinois), but the gist is that 30 minutes prior to 30 minutes after a funeral, there is a 150 feet threshold (I think, but it's the same for abortion clinic entrances) away from the church, funeral route and gravesite for written and/or spoke "fighting works" harassment, etc.

SCOTUS rejected the case, letting a lower court ruling stand that sided with Illinois.

Don't conflate my curiosity as to how the current court would rule NOW with a belief that the 1st amendment rights are unburdened by limits! I don't believe that at all!

My point is that the line of where you CAN and CANNOT impose YOUR 1st amendment rights onto others changes over time, and especially with different ideologies... and where we are TODAY is a FAR CRY from what the founders imagined!

But that is the BEAUTY of our Government: The founders did NOT have the HUBRIS of today's Trumpites: they didn't believe they had all the answers, nor even that the answers they HAD at the time were RIGHT!

      • We don't select Senators they way they did
      • We limit how many terms a President can serve - unlike them (many of whom wanted Washington to be King!)
      • We allow non-land-owners to vote!
and the list could go on and on...

Where we go from here, I can't say - but I CAN say that it won't stay put! It'll continue to change, and we'll continue to learn the old-fashioned way: by our mistakes!

You are denying Thomas Beatie's maleness by your statements.

Let's not forget, I learned my stance from your side.

It was your side that said "my penis is biologically female" so the opposite is also true. Thomas Beatie's vagina is biologically male. You people made up the rules and are now getting butt hurt that the other side is obeying your rules.

No one (save you) is confusing Male with Trans-Male... the rest of this is you trying to hide your fear of being replaced by non-White Trans-Men - who are superior to you! They're coming for your house, your job, and eventually your spouse!
