Hello so I've created a new torrent after following the upload instructions but I still seem to have trouble getting it to seed. I've downloaded the torrent file, directed it to the location of the torrent and checked to make sure that my tracker urls match but I just can't seem to get the torrent to download so I can start seeding. For what it's worth I'm on a mac and I'm using utorrent.
You shouldn't be able to download a torrent you are trying to seed/upload because you already have it on your computer and your torrent software can't initially seed it and download it both at the same time.
If you downloaded the torrent file from this site, added it to your torrent software, and your software matched it to the torrent video file, checked it, and shows it as completed just like torrents you've downloaded and are seeding, then everything should be okay. Otherwise, something you are describing is inaccurate.
When you go to the torrent page here, what does it show as far as seeders and leechers?

Lots of reasons big torrents are bad.
Few if any will download the whole thing so you will most likely be the only seeder of the entire torrent.
If someone does seed a few videos from it, that will take up one of their download slots indefinitely, so eventually they will stop seeding what they downloaded at all.
Eventually it will go dead but if it doesn't go dead, no one will ever spend the huge number of points to make it free leech.
One DMCA takedown request and the whole thing goes POOF.
The individual videos will not be described well or have accompanying photos.
There are some more reasons I can't think of off the top of my head. I should make a list to copy & paste every time someone inquires about this.
The only reason big torrents are good:
They require no more effort to upload than a torrent of a single video.

Hi all, hope I'm posting this in the right section. When I try to search on the image browse page I find that if I add any level of subcategory search depth, the page is stuck loading and even when left for 20 minutes doesn't get anywhere. Tried this on Firefox, Chrome and Edge and all get the same result of having the refresh arrows at the top but nothing loads. Tried fresh reinstalls for all incase it was an extension issue.
Appologies if this is the wrong place to file a question or if this is already answered. I couldn't find anything in my own searches and to my understanding this seemed like the most relevant section to post in.
The same thing was happening for me a few weeks ago even when no categories were checked and I tried disabling all extensions, messing with my settings, another browser, etc. just like you have. It resolved a couple of days later, not sure why, and I just checked and it's not happening for me now, with or without categories. So I can't really offer any advice but it might make you feel better to know that you're not the only one who has experienced that.

The Democrats are not great but they are certainly less amoral than the Republicans. The Democrats are a conservative party while the Republicans have shifted so far to the right that they are regressive, authoritarian, nationalist, xenophobic, corporatist, anti-democracy, etc. The Republicans are not amoral, they are immoral.
The big lie the extreme right tells the American people is that the Democrats are lefties. In Europe they would be center or even right of center, not even progressive in the least. They are very conservative and generally maintain the status quo. That includes everyone from Pelosi and Schumer to Obama, Biden, and the Clintons. Even Bernie Sanders, a Social Democrat, would not be considered left-of-center in Europe.
Universal healthcare and universal civil rights are not extreme left concepts. They would not even be considered mildly progressive in any western nation other than in the U.S. Obamacare, for instance, is just insurance that you pay out-of-pocket for with a government subsidy. In most similar nations, everyone has healthcare coverage without having to come up with a monthly payment equivalent to hundreds of dollars. Yet the Republicans act like it is equivalent to absolute communism. That's how brainwashed Americans are.
Sorry to continue the shift away from the original topic of trans rights in the UK, but the record needs to be set straight. The Democrats in the U.S. are not progressive, they are conservative, and they cannot be counted on to safeguard trans rights, but they are without a doubt better for civil rights than the Republicans, who want to control women's wombs, separate children from families and lock them in cages, deport Dreamers who have lived most of their lives in the U.S., discriminate against trans and gay people in the guise of religious freedom, and do away with social systems that help everyone including public schools, public hospitals, even public mail delivery, etc.

The Verge is one of my favorite technology media sites and I read it every day. I read that article when it was first published. The problem is that it is basically promoting a thoughtful, almost academic approach to evaluating information and critical thinking. A majority of people are incapable of that because they haven't learned how to do it, do not have the intellectual capacity to do it, or simply prefer to wallow in their ignorance while screaming about their rights (and never their responsibilities) as a citizen. Much of this is, of course, politically motivated: Someone hears a story that aligns with their worldview, and they regurgitate it.
Another troubling factor, though, is that small news outlets in small media markets find it much easier to broadcast someone else's work rather than doing their own. These people aren't journalists or reporters; they're simply echo chambers. As you say, though, they have an obligation to check the truth of what they're saying. But since the process is motivated by a combination of laziness and comfort with the original message, they aren't doing this.
Perhaps there should be a rule that if you broadcast someone else's copy, one must cite the source.
Sinclair requires the stations they own to broadcast their corporate-issued, regressive, ultra-capitalist, authoritarian propaganda word-for-word. The reporters are forced to parrot the words or find other employment. There may be some local reporting but the stations are just local propaganda outlets for the corporation that owns them, which is privately-held by the Smith family. They are just as terrible as the Koch brothers or the Trump family.
Of course it is very dangerours, I agree. It should be fined and there should be laws to fine people who spread fake news.

You're really just providing an email address. I would suggest that you don't use your primary email address for torrent sites, anyway. The temporary password is just temporary so it isn't important in any way and I can't remember for sure now but I think it ended up not being used after all.
It doesn't look like the fundoshi is covering much "stuff." He might look less amazing if he took it off.

More concern about trans people is needed worldwide.

There is a law in the Parliament right now that finishes with this medical requirements that used to be neeeded. Spain is very advanced in the recognition of the rights of trans people.
I'm glad to see some serious advances in trans rights there. I see trans rights as the canary in the coal mine for gay rights in general. When trans rights are under attack, as they currently are in the U.S., attacks on gay rights in general are usually simultaneous or not far behind.
We have seen some real setbacks in the post-Obama era in the U.S. in gay and trans rights, often in the context of allowing bigotry and discrimination in the guise of religious rights, which seem to include the right to hate and discriminate against those who don't adhere to a religion's precepts.
This is not the case, unfortunately, in my country: hate crimes occur more often than before, and very few (to say almost none) of them are fake :cry2:

There's a long history of that in the context of institutional U.S. racism, white people accusing black people of violent crimes they did not commit, and particularly white women falsely accusing black men of rape. Yeah, your torrent software can't locate the video files. Check the torrent software settings that determine which folder downloads go into and put the video files there. In Transmission, for instance, it's at Preferences>Transfers>Adding>Settings:Default Location:Dropdown Menu
When you add the torrent to the torrent software, it should check the file and then start to seed it.
Stop adding torrents to the torrent software until you get that figured out so they won't download, obviously.

Oh, yet another reason why compilation torrents and videos are a problem: the contents are often not fully and accurately described.
You can't search just the torrents you've downloaded but it doesn't matter as none come up in a search for all torrents. I can't find anything for @jakeyousuck or jakeyousuck or jake you suck anywhere on this site.
I also did a Google search in case a torrent that has been removed might show up as they often do, but came up with nothing that way, too.
You can see a list of torrents you've downloaded linked to on your profile page but you've downloaded so many that wouldn't be much help finding a specific one.

Those are different torrents using the same photo. You could argue that the photo is not representative of the torrent as it is just a generic photo of the actor and violates the uploading rule. Use the report button on the torrent page. It does seem very lazy not to take a screenshot of the actual video in the torrent and use that instead as it takes less than ten seconds to do so.
