I don't know if this is it or not, but I noticed the tracker was unreachable for a period of time in the last 24 hours. If your client restarted during that period, some of your upload wouldn't have been reported.

@leo2003 was your client seeding it? If not, that might explain why it might have disappeared. Unseeded torrents disappear after a period of time.

Space taken on disk (NTFS) is very close to the size shown on the site, however the padding was not downloaded, and the amount downloaded is what is used for ratio calculations.
