I see something like this when my sign-in is about to time out. Usually if I click on the torrent I'm trying to preview I get a 404, sign back in, hit the back button a couple of times, and then it works.
I don't know if that's what you were seeing or not.

I don't know if this is it or not, but I noticed the tracker was unreachable for a period of time in the last 24 hours. If your client restarted during that period, some of your upload wouldn't have been reported.

@leo2003 was your client seeding it? If not, that might explain why it might have disappeared. Unseeded torrents disappear after a period of time.
