Unfortunately is the diet… I went to the dietist last week... she said that in reality my percentage of muscle and fat are not so messed up as she thought from my first mail I sent her, but as my diet was indeed messed up, I have slim limbs and fat on pecs, abs and back, but mainly on abs. It's the way male body stores the fats that give the fat in first instance to the belly and then in the other parts of the body (females store the fat mainly on the bum and on the sides, and then on the belly and the rest).

If you already follow an healthy diet and go to the gym and similar cutting sugar all day and carbohydrates after luch usually help. Obviously if you eat healthy, you already have few fats in your diet and those you take are like olive oil or omega 3,6,9 (fish and nuts) and not butter, or animal fats.

Depends on the person.  IMO there are two reasons to have a trainer: if you are shy getting into the gym and figuring it out for yourself, or if having a trainer will motivate you to keep going.

I don't think they are necessarily educated or qualified than anyone else with access to the internet and bodybuilding.com

I go from piece of equipment to piece of equipment, usually 4 exercises for 3 sets.  I am not bothered if someone takes a piece of equipment, or a weight.  If that happens I just improvise.

Lift heavy things, stay or get flexible. Eat a ratio of 40% protein/35% Carbs and 25% fat.  Do this every day.

Workout and eat sensibly. Everyone has stress; no excuses!

We are on a torrent forum, so I will say: there are thousand of e-book on training on the net, on torrent, on eMule, about ipertrophy, nutrition etc… you can spend all your money and you will not find a book that you can trust without knowing something about fitness and nutrition yourself, so I think you can download some from the net (they mostly say the same things) and distrust miraculous programs, then if you really need go to a dietist that has a degree for that to lose the fat or to have suggestion to grow the lean mass, and if you go to the gym look for the PT with the most experience and possibly a degree (and it will give you a personalized routine, if not run away)...
They will teach you the right way to do exercises without hurting you, because a book cannot do it.

Lots of good plant based protein powders to supplement your proteins if you cant get them from other plants. Look for vegan protein powders without whey. I have to be honest with you though protein is not nearly as important as people think it is. Unless you arnt eating any for 20 days you will have bad health results, but even plant based diet has lots of protein.

Bony butts are actually good for cycling seats! Find a seat that fits you and make sure you're bike is set-up properly. Visit a bike shop for help in body positioning. With proper fit and adjustments most of the weight should be right on your "sit-bones" as we call them and very little tissue or nerves are compressed. It's the big bums that have the most pain because their weight can't be carried by the sit-bones and is instead spread out over a lot of skin and muscle tissue leading to soreness.

Mountain biking will develop upper body strength and core strength. Start off easy but then challenge yourself to more difficult trails and terrain. Find some friends to join you. You won't regret it!

Buy an olympic weight bar and plyo-box and do a bodyweight circuit (bar for certain exercises). Alternate core, legs, arms. Examples of exercises include squats, curls, presses, bench dips, jump-ups, step-ups, sit-ups, planks, push-ups, lunges, etc.

I just recently started Insanity. It's pretty rough but seems to be working so far.

If you've already gone too far, then there is nothing but surgery.

If it's just a bit loose, then as noted above, "keegle" or pelvic floor exercises will help.
