I did used to but then I realized it wasn't worth it. It can be really dangerous actually. You can overstretch the soft tissues inside your penis, tear tendons, or cause a form of ED thats hard to reverse.
80% come from your lifestyle.. Eat healthy and good food, avoid alcohol and smoking. Whatever you put into ur body it wll determine what will happen to you. and another 20% comes from your exercise if you have a good food and lifestyle with an adequate amount of workout you will feel the difference.
Does anyone know how bad is smoking , when you go to gym? i train hard, go almost every day to gym. But i can't quit smoking. I've already tried a lot, but i always come back. Am i screwing my results?
Not in terms of lifting or muscle bulk but I think it would fuck up your cardiovascular health. Fucks up your arteries in the long term as well. I'm sure if you're just a casual smoker it shouldn't be too bad.
