Free weights and the gym. Basic and boring, but it does the job. Occasionally, I'll add some cardio to spruce the mix.

RE: Russian Cherry Teacakes
Sounds like a great recipe. I'll try it out.
It looks similar to something I made when I was a kid where you would wrap the cookie dough around a whole marischino cherry then roll it in finely chopped nuts before baking.
Let us know how the recipe goes for you. I want to avoid any mistakes that you encounter.

RE: Don't like anal sex?
99% of the problem of an ass being too tight is the bottom isn't relaxed enough.
If it's more than a 1 night stand, then do some ass play without even trying to penetrate and work your way up. Building trust and pleasure for the bottom is the best way to build up to actual penetration.
Exactly. No need to rush straight to anal sex. Focus on some assplay and wanking, and work up to anal.

Gus Kenworthy has something to say… about eating dogs
As the Winter Olympics come to a close, athletes are taking time to explore the many wonderful offerings of Korean culture.
However, out American skier Gus Kenworthy and his husband Matt Wilkas opted for one decidedly less comfortable experience at a dog farm.
Kenworthy posted a thoughtful and rather upsetting message to Instagram:
This morning Matt and I had a heart-wrenching visited to one of the 17,000 dog farms here in South Korea. Across the country there are 2.5 million dogs being raised for food in some of the most disturbing conditions imaginable. Yes, there is an argument to be made that eating dogs is a part of Korean culture. And, while don’t personally agree with it, I do agree that it’s not my place to impose western ideals on the people here. The way these animals are being treated, however, is completely inhumane and culture should never be a scapegoat for cruelty. I was told that the dogs on this particular farm were kept in “good conditions” by comparison to other farms. The dogs here are malnourished and physically abused, crammed into tiny wire-floored pens, and exposed to the freezing winter elements and scorching summer conditions. When it comes time to put one down it is done so in front of the other dogs by means of electrocution sometimes taking up to 20 agonizing minutes. Despite the beliefs of the Korean public at large, these dogs are no different from the ones we call pets back home. Some of them were even pets at one time and were stolen or found and sold into the dog meat trade. Luckily, this particular farm (thanks to the hard work of the Humane Society International and the cooperation of a farmer who’s seen the error of his ways) is being permanently shut down and all 90 of the dogs here will be brought to the US and Canada where they’ll find their fur-ever homes. I adopted the sweet baby in the first pic (we named her Beemo) and she’ll be coming to the US to live with me as soon as she’s through with her vaccinations in a short couple of weeks. I cannot wait to give her the best life possible! There are still millions of dogs here in need of help though (like the Great Pyrenees in the 2nd pic who was truly the sweetest dog ever). I’m hoping to use this visit as an opportunity to raise awareness to the inhumanity of the dog meat trade here in Korea and the plight of dogs everywhere, including back home in the US where millions of dogs are in need of loving homes! RE: Iceland law to outlaw male circumcision sparks row over religious freedom
I agree.
I'm just pointing out how feminists, SJWs, etc don't care about this issue because it happens to boys.
Not sure if feminists have anything to do with this Icelandic topic? I didn't mention it, and the article doesn't mention it. I get that you're entitled to have your own opinion, but bringing up feminism felt a bit irrelevant imo.

RE: To shave or not to shave pubic hair?
Trimmed or hairy, never shaved!
How close should be the trim be, though?
The trim should be short enough to make it look clean but long enough so it looks natural.
What do you use to trim?

I jerk off almost everyday. I also try and have a good long bate session about once a week. It's good to keep in contact with yourself.
How long are your typical sessions?

Grindr catfish reveals what made him lie to get your private pics
Anyone who has discovered they’ve been catfished knows the uniquely uncomfortable feeling that comes with knowing you’ve sent personal information and/or revealing photos to an entirely anonymous liar.
Catfishing, for the uninitiated, is using a false identity to cultivate a relationship online. It’s so alarmingly simple to do, it’s just one of a laundry list of things to keep in mind whenever you delve into hookup/dating apps.
And while it’s clearly unethical at best and downright dangerous at worst, the fact that catfishing is so prevalent says something about the environment of apps like Grindr. If you don’t present a certain narrow way, rejection may feel overwhelmingly harsh.
Davey Wavey recently sat down with a former catfish to dig into what motivated him. Inexcusable as his actions may be, we can definitely empathize some of the contributing factors.

RE: Is it okay to say "Whites only" on tinder/grindr profile?
Everyone has their own preferences, but I think using the term "whites only" does come across a little racist. Maybe use the phrase "prefer men of caucasian descent" instead.
Or just… don't put it in your profile? To me, putting "WHITES ONLY" or "sticky rice" or "no fats no femmes" is the equivalent of going into a gay bar and then yelling at everybody, before they had a chance to approach you, that "ONLY WHITE PEOPLE APPROACH ME". If you yelled that unprompted in real life, guys would look at you weirdly and think that you're a racist/bigot. Same applies to Grindr.
If a guy who isn't your type approaches you, just turn them down nicely by saying "not my type", as you would at a bar or club. There's no need to emblazon your profile with unnecessary words. Those words may not only seem offensive but would also make you seem like an asshole who is feeling the need to announce things.

Teen found not guilty after catfishing teacher into sending x-rated Grindr pics
A high school student from North Carolina accused of “catfishing” her teacher on Grindr and then sharing his nude photos with classmates has been found not guilty.
According to the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office, 16-year-old Brittney Renee Luckenbaugh and her friend, Brian Joshua Anderson, obtained the teacher’s picture after misrepresenting themselves on Grindr.
Luckenbaugh created a fake profile pretending to be a 19-year-old man. Then she looked for her French teacher on Grindr. Upon discovering him, she struck up a conversation. The chatted a bit before moving over the Snapchat.
After getting the teacher to send her three naughty photos of himself, Luckenbaugh forwarded the images to Anderson, who then shared it with five other students.
As a result, the teacher was suspended without pay then reassigned to another school where, he says, “the only way to communicate with a student was through a camera.”
During testimony, he called the entire situation “very distressing.”
To add insult to injury, the teacher was then forced defend his use of the app to the court.
“Grindr is a dating site and a hook up site,” he testified. “I was using it for more than a hook up site. I’m too old to play. I was looking for more than that.”
Lawyer Matt Silva, who represented Luckenbaugh, said the state couldn’t prove she intended to humiliate her teacher. He also argued that the man didn’t have a right to privacy after sending images to a stranger.
In the end, the judge sided with Luckenbaugh, who broke down sobbing on her mother’s shoulder after hearing the not guilty verdict.
Afterwards, Silva told media, “There are no winners in this situation. My client did not intend to have those pictures circulated around the school and we hope everyone can move on past this horrible situation.”

I agree with the two guys above me but I detest all tattoos. Makes my dick go limp.
Tattoos especially on the chest and collarbone are an instant turn-off for me.
