    • RE: What is your skin-care routine? What do you do for youthful skin?

      Personally, I think a lot of what's out there is crap, especially if you're under 30. All you need is soap, glycerine, some kind of UV protection and exfoliating gloves when you're young.

      I used to invest in different skin care lines when I was young and my skin was better when I didn't use them.

      Now I'm 48 and I have flawless skin. My secret? I avoided the sun all my life and I drink 4 - 8 liters of water a day. That's it. Now I do use Night Repair by Estee Lauder, more like when I remember to use it. It does help hydrate. I also enjoy the Korean face masks, like once week or whenever I think about it. But the key to good skin is avoiding the sun and staying hydrated and good nutrition:

      You are what you eat, if you're eating and drinking junk, your skin will show the world you're made of junk.

      What do you mean by "avoid the sun"? Did you just stay indoors all-day? Or did you apply sunscreen/sunblock often?

      I always wear sunscreen. I don't go to the beach for a tan (sunbathing). When my partner wanted to go to the beach I rented one of those large umbrellas and sat under it. When there's a choice of walking in direct sunlight or shade, I reflexively chose the shade. That kind of thing.

      Ah, gotcha. Opting not to get a tan in order to preserve skin health.

      …I would never sleep with a guy who doesn't shower regularly. Hygiene is important, y'all.

      This is my answer too. His Armani commercials are visual libido-raisers.

    • RE: What is the best way to loose a belly?

      @warpaint:

      @Zeitgeist:

      Ultimately, it's calories in versus calories out. As long as you are in a deficit (either due to dieting, intermittent fasting, or cardio), you will start losing belly fat. I would also think about squatting and doing anaerobic exercises which will increase your muscle density, because the stronger your muscles, the higher your metabolic rate which will burn more calories even when resting.

      Wow. It's like the only comment that makes sense here. Sorry guys but it's just awfully sad to read some of the things when people don't even know what they're talking about. Just cut the fucking calories 😄 I don't know what yet are we talking about here. Diet + cardio eventually stubborn fat protocole 2.0.

      I would also add some anaerobic exercise (lifting) in addition to cardio and dieting because muscle density will raise the metabolic rate (aka the rate at which your body uses calories), but ultimately, losing body fat comes down to "calories in versus calories out".

      How did you even get these hormones? I didn't know that doctors would voluntarily prescribe them.

      @burgercat:

      I envy those who enjoys bottoming. I just cant get myself relaxed enough for penetration. Hurts so much everytime.

      Bottoming is like riding a bike, tbh: the more that you try to do it, the more experience you will get, and the more relaxed you will get… and you'll be able to enjoy the experience.

    • RE: Autumn is almost here: what are your favorite things to eat/make in the fall?

      @cteavin:

      @Zeitgeist:

      Do you happen to have that coconut curry recipe? I'm always on the hunt for new ways to cook food.

      For something as easy as curry I don't need recipes.

      Every few months I whip up a HUGE batch of masala and freeze it in half cup increments in Ziplock bags.

      When I want a quick dinner/lunch to a fry pan I add whatever meat, most often chicken, or paneer to the pan then I take out one of those frozen packs of masala and add to it a can of coconut milk, a can of chopped tomatoes and whatever additional spices I want (including garlic or ginger). I add in my vegetables and cook it for 30 or 40 minutes.

      Super simple.

      When I need to cut down on carbs I'll often mash the now cooked squash to help thicken the sauce. It makes it heartier, gives it a more mouthfeel.

      Do you have some more accurate measurements? How much chicken? I know that we shouldn't quantify everything, but I'm a big recipe guy and like to know what to do step-by-step because cooking can be stressful ngl. The more specificity, the better in my opinion.

      Just get tested when you can. The odds of transmission are quite low, but it's better to be safe than sorry. Practice safe sex.

      @JerodParker:

      Sad but my married bi friend bottomed while unprotected and got syphilis.  Problem is his … wife's brother (I think) was the doctor who diagnosed him.  So either his wife knows his cheating or had guy sex.

      At least it wasn't hiv tho.  Syphilis can be cured.

      That sounds terrible. This is why I'm a big believer of going to anonymous clinics in order to get testing. Australia has plenty. And always used protection.

      Is your married bi friend okay? He must be feeling awful.

      He's been cured, whew.  His brother and his mother know but not his wife.  He's sworn off bottoming tho but might still do guys in the future.

      If he has bottoming cravings, why not just ask his wife to peg him?

      Flatliners (2017). It wasn't as good as the original, but hey, it did well to compensate for the lack of Julia Roberts.

      I hope all goes well!!

      Hopefully all will be, but many haven't received their "voting" papers yet?  Myself included  😞

      What are the chances of the vote going with Yes? Will it be a surprising result like the US Election or Brexit?

      Going by past surveys done by media, and other sources etc., the majority of the population are in favour of a YES vote, but who knows? If the NO campaigners, religous sealots etc., keep up the false advertising that they are doing, they might just get the result they want.   :cry2: hopefully not.
      Will have to wait and see what the outcome is I guess, but that is just the first step in a long way to go if the YES campaign win.

      Is this a Brexit/Clinton situation where the polls aren't likely to be entirely accurate?

      No idea to be honest, and from what I've heard and seen of the whole thing so far, there are many people that have not recieved thier voting paper yet, myself included, and that to me makes me wonder and worry that this is a total farce on the governments hehalf to be honest.

      …This is disappointing. I hope the YES faction wins.

      Try to drink at least 2L of water a day, because large amounts of water will help you push "harder" in cardio sessions.

      @Zeitgeist:

      I don't want to smelling anything foul, and unshaven testicles tend to smell more than their shaven counterparts.

      "Foul" is a pretty strong term, but perhaps you've had some unfortunate encounters.  If a natural man keeps his junk clean, and there's a hint of musk down there, it's a plus for me.   >:D

      To each, their own. I'm particularistic about smells.
