Well, if the site follows its own rules and doesn't allow commercial (virus / trojan  keylogger / etc. laden) apps to be uploaded in the first place…that may be another way.

Quite a few commercial applications have been uploaded recently. According to rule #7 of the "Uploading Rules" (https://www.gaytorrent.ru/rules.php#102 ), "Sharing Music, Music Videos, Video Games (e.g. PSP/XBOX) and Commercial Applications is prohibited." [my emphasis] Is that rule still in effect?

I stay well clear of torrented apps because it's a safe assumption they'll also include a virus / keylogger / other nasty things for no extra charge. I do have a feeling that some people are completely abusing the system for various reasons.   It seems that some people are using DMCA against their "enemies" on the site, while some don't like the content, etc, etc, etc.

Yes, I would like this. Some time ago I had a "themed" torrent with scenes from many different studios taken down because of a DMCA request. I asked what studio complained, but never got a response from staff. Is any record kept?

I'm not sure where to ask this, but how do I know if the uploader's account is still active on older or recycled torrents? Sometimes they ask for bonus points, but I have no idea to know if they're still here years later. Thanks.

It's hard to have a reasoned conversation with people who have been trained to shut down their critical thinking and instead recite talking points, blindly defend their side, and make broad brush insults at large groups of people they disagree with. People also need to be willing and able to try to grasp the other side's point of view, at least for the sake of argument, but that again requires reflection and thought, which is anathama to many people. This is true of both the left and the right (certainly in the USA). Even when I meet people like this that I at least partially agree with, talking with them is sort of numbing because of this zombie-like mentality.

As a matter of fact.. separation of church and state DOES mean the churches can do pretty much anything they want.  This is how cults become some a problem such as with David Koresh, Jim Jones, Warren Jeffs, and David Miscavige.

Koresh was having incestuous sex with minors… as was Jeffs.. and Miscavige's wife has not been seen nor heard of at all since 2006 when she defied him.   (By the way.. I didn't know this until recently, but Miscavige is only 5 foot 1!  That's 3 inches shorter than Tom Cruise!)

But David Koresh and Warren Jeffs were shut down for this, among other things, and Jim Jones was being investigated and saw the end when he had his meltdown. I don't think religious organizations should be tax exempt either, but you are tripping over your own argument.

Trump supporters really have to go out on a limb to support Trump on this one. They're willing to believe Trump fired Comey for the exact same reason Trump praised Comey so much last year.

And today we find out that Comey asked Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein for a substantial increase in resources for the Russia investigation, and just days later Rosenstein recommended Comey's firing.

Finally, plenty of Republicans are also deeply worried about this unprecedented power grab (Archibald Cox was just a special prosecutor, not head of the FBI). And if you really think there's nothing to hide, what's wrong with a full investigation?

This is almost breathtakingly stupid, because African-Americans were forcibly and brutally defined by others for their race, under the law, starting in the 17th and 18th centuries, with the invention of this country's racism, for the express purpose of instituting slavery. They're still defined by many others this way, which is a big problem when those others are armed police (of whatever color).
