    • La cage Aux Folles III subtitles in English here.

      Hi

This torrent La Cage Aux Folles I, II & III is missing subtitles for III.
I found these subtitles for La Cage III at a private tracker.

I haven't checked them but they were reported as "They are not grammatically perfect, but good enough for use".
I suspect they are translated by a film fan elsewhere on the web.

You might need to change the srt file so it's name matches exactly the avi file name in order for it to play properly in for example vlc player.

Oddly bisexuality turns out to be an emerging and era defining sexual minority. It's as though it got forgotten along the way.

It turns out there's alot we are only just understanding about bisexual needs. Psychology is only just starting serious research into bisexuality and is perhaps 30 years behind the kind of stuff it has established for gay people. Gay and Bi are very different sexualities it turns out and with very different needs. I've read some of the emerging research on bisexual psychology and it's compelling stuff. The misconceptions and ignorance that circulate are perhaps best summed up in that book's absurd questioning title. Bisexuals are none of those things. Actually they are remarkable people in terms of what they configure in terms of emotional and sexual relationships.

    • RE: Gay People Can Be as Traditional and Boring as Straight People

I say let people do what they want.

It's common now days for married women to keep their maiden name. My nieces use both the surname of the father and their mother depending on the circles they move in.

If some gay men want to adopt the name of their partner so be it. Maybe they can bring new meaning to the convention. Rather as a form a patriarchal submission, it might indicate a level of personal sublimation or alteration of a selfhood which is all about something else. It might mean many things including simply imitating an established convention but does it really matter ?

The whole pincer movement of appropriating equal access to the marriage ceremony and it's status is in some sense a long called for levelling off of common ground. The initial focus isn't so much in diversifying it but simply in having access to it. I suspect we need to spend time with that for a bit without being so self concious.

    • RE: D/s relationships. Respect

I wouldn't be too hard on yourself - you obviously want to move on.

Real but not fatal abuse has an edge to it. It can be exciting and incredibly sexually charged. Seems like you've had a preference for receiving real abuse over 'managed' and 'consensual' abuse. The two are not really the same thing at all, the second is careful to remove the danger which the first thrives off.

Moving into consensual and recreational abuse is really a hall mark of maturity and you most probably will thrive in such a crowd. You'll find it mixes the D thing you like with an ability to nurture respectful and loving open relationships. You could well meet the partner you seek in such a milieu. Occasionally i've ventured into such a world by attending nite clubs and theme nites. It works well as like tend to seek like. Generally a well adjusted lot. With some I found the s/m routines a bit cliche, dressie and lacking the verve of real abusive relationships. But with others i saw, largely through a like minded sense of understanding,  how there was a place I could go and negotiate some of my own rules safely. I did that for a while in Germany. it was quite addictive for a time - a new buzz - a lot of possibilities - but much more manageable than the quiet violent intimacy and personal devastation i experienced through passionately abusive affairs with head cases.

    • RE: When are lines drawn?

      It's an interesting point.

In the UK illegal pornography is generally defined in terms of:
      Possession and distribution
      and
Extreme content or able to corrupt the audience

The descriptors are vague and really address a pre-internet era reality.

Extreme pornography in relation to harm to others is very specific though. Judgement is made as to the degree of harm the physical body is perceived to receive because of the acts depicted. This can range from possession of fisting porn (recently an attempted prosecution based on this was thrown out of a UK court) to rape and violence where blood and actual bodily harm can be seen.

I've wondered if technically speaking possession of gay rape genre videos downloaded from the internet would be illegal in the UK. Certainly in the UK there is concern about the rape porn websites that exist to cater for those who are turned on by that genre. But the driving force is generally concerned about rape against women and not gay fetish as such. Personally i think some of the gay rape enactment vids which pop up on the gay torrent sites have nothing to do with the extreme s&m fetish videos and are specifically rape focused in nature judging by the screen caps.

Enactment (consensual) vs actual (non consensual) is a key to the legality and it's tricky ground at least in the UK. However cases have been tried in the UK where the enactments were consensual but the level of injury to the body was deemed illegal. ( A famous s&m trial some years back.) The recent case of a bestiality trial where the animal in question was proved to be a person in costume overturned the attempt to convict on the basis of possession of bestial pornography. So the consensual issue is important and needs to be proven. Therefore consensual enactment of rape could be legal if the level of harm to the physical body is negligible and legal notices indicating consensual can be verified.

Where in the UK the prosecution fails to secure a successful trial on the basis of possession, distribution, depiction of extreme content or non consensual activity, they can turn to the issue of 'liable to corrupt the audience'. Of course as soon as one tries to interpret the issue of 'liable to corrupt' things become ambiguous and there is a lot of misunderstanding about what at the fringe end of pornography is illegal because of the loose terms which define the law in the UK .

For example both consensual rape enactment and scat porn are flagged up as both illegal and legal in the UK. On the one hand they are consensual (where known to be provable) and do not depict actual bodily harm but on the other both can appear extreme by definition and could corrupt if possession is within the vicinity of children for example in a family home or the defendant appears to have an unnecessarily unhealthy interest in the fetish indicated by large collections of material and extensive social networks orientated around the fetish. There are mixed indications regarding the number of prosecutions in the UK with some sources indicating success in certain cases whilst other sources site these as entirely legal. It appears that each case does to a a degree get considered within it's own context and is subject to the views of the judge or jury overseeing the interpretation and application of the law upon it's own situation.

So one suspects the mods here must make decisions about content in the same way, on a case by case basis. I've been curious as to which country's laws the mods apply taking that no international agreement exists for regulation of some of the extreme porn available such as rape porn - but famously child pornography has generally been the notable exception to the otherwise lack of consistency in international law.

    • RE: Other hot gay porn torrents?

there's an invite forum here and on the web there are invite websties

      but to let you know:
these sites do replicate their contents.

      I would grade as follows:
Gay ru and Gay-torrents.net are a cut above the others in that they have incredibly well run and large amounts of active torrents available in all manner of subjects. They both have well maintained GUI and forums and a strong membership. They over all will replicate the same torrent content in time but sometimes torrents available on one may not be available on another. The difference is slight but perhaps useful to the expert torrent hunter.

OGTN has a great dedicated community which feel like a younger crowd with fun forums, chat box, and website radio but the torrent traffic is much thinner on the ground with often a lot of dead torrents beyond a certain date of upload.( Or at least that used to be the case.)

gay-torrents.org is much less pleasingly organised in its GUI and perhaps best for porn fans. I found it a bind to navigate and it's search abilities pretty lame compared to the others. It's generally a slimmed down version of the better quality sites.

I was in the past a member of one or two other obscure gay torrent sites that exist on the web - but they were foreign language (Spainish and French or Russian i think) and required internet language translation protocol to read them. They were much like gay-torrents.org - of the slimmed down more basic kind with limited search abilities etc. They were really a hassle to use in the end and were replicated by the main gay torrent sites anyway.

The best strategy is to stick with the best site. You've got all you need , they are rich in forums and torrents and it's much better to build up a strong relationship with just the one or two sites rather than spread yourself over 3 or 4 particularly when it comes to maintaining ratio. The only possible reason for wanting to join all the torrent sites would be if you are a specialist subject forum fan and you want to post and discuss in specialist forums across all sites. As far as accessing torrents, it doesn't really make sense to join all the torrent sites and you would find yourself most probably returning to the best site only because of the hassle involved.

All the porn actors i liked didn't sound like great company when they spoke - or is it that porn scripts are just so damn terrible…..?

If you means as a porn star fuck buddy holiday - Brian Hawkes circa 1981 together with Lance, Jeremy Jordan, Leo Ford possibly, Tony Marino circa 1980, and a handful of the amateur exhibitionists from the more bizarre uploads on Tumblr.....

If you means as a holiday companion - i'd need a completely outrageous always on, highly amusing, cruise addict, eek-out-the-sex-slut-adventure from any location type like -............ chi chi la Rue

    • RE: Gay.Ru received a take down notice regarding a torrent i uploaded.

      @Popper:

I am not sure to which other gay torrent site you refer:

      • gay-torrents.net allows to show the uploader name if he wishes, but defaults to hide it at upload
      • gay-torrents.org allows to hide the uploader name, but Extra User can spy at initial seeding who seeds it
      • ourgtn.org always show the uploader name

It is to note that gay-torrent.net and gaytorrent.ru hide as well the peer list, which can be consulted by Extra User on gay-torrents.org.

i was referring to gay-torrents.net - i often identify certain uploads by uploader name & their torrent info page style / i also use OGTN …...

    • RE: Gay.Ru received a take down notice regarding a torrent i uploaded.

      @Popper:

This is valid even with the lowest Profile privacy setting "normal", where the Profile still got a PM button. The other two privacy settings haven't even a PM button and show nothing more than the account name, it's ID (in the page link) and the selected country flag (any country from the list can be selected, e.g. a total different from the real residence).

The SBP earned through referral link sign-ups are invisible to other members than staff, too. Only the total SBP is visible aside a forum post.

thanks - i was wondering about those privacy settings and useful to know about the SBP. So you seem to be saying the uploader is always indicated as anonymous on this site. On the 'other' gay torrent site that is not the case so i may have been confusing the two.
