It seems self-evident to me that treating HIV would reduce infection rates. Of course if you reduce the viral load in an individual, there will be less virus available to transmit to others.

Still, I guess it is nice to be able to say that there is a study confirming this.

You need a VPN, of course.

I can't vouch for any of the VPN services, marky. But Relakks ( hXXp://www.relakks.com/ ) is cheap at just € 45,00 for 12 months. Relakks is located in Sweden, so it will not give you access to Hulu videos (should you happen to be outside the USA). But it will do a fine job of hiding your IP address and encrypting your torrent traffic.

Another one to look at is Happy VPN ( hXXp://www.happy-vpn.com/ ). Happy VPN is unique in that it can be configured to give you access to both USA-only video sites (like Hulu) and UK-only sites (like the BBC).
