I would just add (and this is again my opinion and experience) while bars and clubs may be better than apps, I wouldn't look for anything long-term at either. You might find guys to dance with or have fun with, but a good percentage of those guys are the same ones on the apps. I only speak of in American big cities.

Unfortunately is the diet… I went to the dietist last week... she said that in reality my percentage of muscle and fat are not so messed up as she thought from my first mail I sent her, but as my diet was indeed messed up, I have slim limbs and fat on pecs, abs and back, but mainly on abs. It's the way male body stores the fats that give the fat in first instance to the belly and then in the other parts of the body (females store the fat mainly on the bum and on the sides, and then on the belly and the rest).

If you already follow an healthy diet and go to the gym and similar cutting sugar all day and carbohydrates after luch usually help. Obviously if you eat healthy, you already have few fats in your diet and those you take are like olive oil or omega 3,6,9 (fish and nuts) and not butter, or animal fats.

@Januski I had no idea Luke Evans had done any TV but then again I had no idea Luke McFarlane had done the Kill Joys either.

@Efaressma I'm in the middle of the marriage part of The Crown but stopped watching the streams when I got my current trial sub of HBO Max - since I am paying for it, I might as well get my money's worth and it's not like the free streams of The Crown are going to disappear off the net!

Frank shaved his beard which, I dunno is better or not.

I think it's better.  Bearded, sarcastic, over-confident Frank didn't do a damned thing for me.  Beardless, crying, lost puppy Frank excites the hell out of me.

A bit thing is Connor getting fat.  I saw a scene where his tummy is trying to burst out of his polo shirt.  Why did he let himself go?  Too comfortable in his success?  He's got to tone up again.

A couple of thoughts about this:

"If I get fat, they won't make me do any more gay shit."  Or,  "They're killing me off?!?!  I'm so depressed!  Someone give me cake, goddamn it!"

If it were me, I'd just be supportive and a good friend. I think it's best to let them do it on their own terms really, and with some guidance and advice if they want it or seem to need it. Maybe if it comes up, you can share your experiences with them and the reasons you came out. The longer they wait, the more regrets they'll have if they're gay IMHO. Hope you don't have as many regrets as I do (dunno how old you are). I waited far too long, mainly because of my job, but I'm out there too now and everything is fine AFAIK.

Just be a good friend and it can work wonders ;)…
