Interest in Gay Themed Comics/Graphic Novels
I have quite a few gay themed comic books and graphic novels that folks would need a comic reader (like YAC) to read the CBR files which some other users have otherwise uploaded (I noticed all the old Gay Comixs are up here as CBR files).
Here are some random covers of what I am talking about:
Most of these are not all erotic and some barely show any skin; a lot of them are what are called slice of life (stuff like Heartstopper, for example, which I can also upload the earlier stuff) and some of these are webrips of webcomics (like Heartstopper, versus being a digital copy of the published graphic novel).
I'm just curious to see if anyone would be interested? Just give some feedback. Again, I'm new to the site and can't use some of the standard torrent clients that others use (I'm a Mac user), so I need to figure that all out first.
EDIT: It looks like someone else grabbed, from at least some the very same places I found many of the books I would have shared here, and made posts but that individual did not upload everything. Once I have more time, I will sort through that and will upload stuff but people can still feel free to make comments/feedback about upload types - I noticed people are uploading lose images, PDFs and all sorts of other things, versus CBR/CBZ files for manga or comic books?

RE: Seeding and leeching
@Sleepyalot I'm not the one to answer the ratio question, but seeding and leeching are basic to peer to peer and torrent sites, and you can look the terms up on either the Urban dictionary or something like that or Wikipedia to better understand them.
Essentially, to seed is to have a file sit on your computer and make it available (in the case of this site, for other torrent users) to be able to download because you (and hopefully others) are seeding the file. I tried to grab a file about ten hours ago without realizing no one was seeding it when I selected it so after a few hours, I disconnected then came back here and ask if someone could see it. I reopened my torrent client (a client is simply a way to grab/download a torrent file) and eventually - while I was streaming a comedy special and downloading some graphic novels, I realized that I had the entire, half GB file! I've let it sit there (even though that's not where I keep/want my porn) since the important thing about seeding is to have it in the same place you download originally too). i will eventually duplicate the file to move it to my backup external, but that's irrelevant to your question.
Someone else may have a better explanation but leeching essentially means you are downloading/grabbing files without SEEDING back. Essentially, if I had just download my 500MB and then walked away without leaving the file there and providing the option for others to grab it, then I am a LEECH.
Hope this helps but also go look at the FAQ.

RE: Seeding and leeching
@john32123666 Thank you for your comments. I suspect that this site is, ultimately, not for me if these are your site rules. I've no interest in paying for the recommended torrent client as per the link you provided, for example. But thanks for taking the time to copy and paste this information.

RE: What series are you currently watching?
I'm on the last month of a free Apple TV+ subscription. I'm in the middle of S2 of Mythic Quest, which is surprisingly good and also the After Party - which is both different but also funny and good. Of course, I saw both seasons of Ted Lasso, but can also recommend a lot of their non-fiction stuff, especially HOME for those who like architecture and design, as well as their nature stuff - currently the dinosaur series but the nighttime film is great and the three seasons of the motorcycle travel with Ewan McGregor is also interesting. Of particularly interest, people might check out the documentary series Visible. And for those into SF, For All Mankind. I have not yet checked out the other stuff, like SEE, or FOUNDATION and probably won't until I decide to subscribe again in six months or so.
I had a friend who was letting me use their Netflix account for years but really found it to be a lot of dross and I am glad I never paid for it. I thought Q-Force was just really forcing what humor it had and generally badly scripted and conceptualized. I did enjoy the Sandman but I'm not really a fan of horror and I hope they move away from it for S2 as the graphic novels do. The parts of this series I enjoyed were the things like the story about Hob and the dreams of the cats, versus the stuff that tries to hit the horror elements.

RE: You ever watch shows in 1.5x speed or 2x speed?
I skim some books nowadays or magazine articles, meaning if it gets into the weeds with one thing or another or say a boring scene description, I'll just skim the text until we get back to what I am interested in. So I might do the same with a TV show or movie, but more frequently I am eating and doing something on-line at the same time so unless it requires full focus (or say is subtitled), that's my go-to solution versus literally fast forwarding.
I mean, it's not like this is bad porn where you need to skip an awful scene or models you hate/don't find attractive!

RE: Bulk Image Download
@driftwood714 That's why I recommended C-NET, it's affiliated with the computer and tech website (which is a legit, serious news and tech review site) and therefore it's a very safe place to download. Some of the links might try to get you to go a 'mirror' site to download but you should be able to get what you want safely (virus free) from C-NET, unless the software is so old or no longer updated or some such. It will tell you version numbers and when last updated and the like as well!

RE: Banshees of Inisherin
I liked both actors. When In Burges came out, I just had a tv without cable or any streaming services and I would get the DVDs for free from my local library and just watch them. I had grabbed it and a few other movies and never got around to watching more than just probably 30 minutes of the movie when I fell asleep, and then it was due back. I keep meaning to grab it again but my local library just had so many movies (and full seasons of stuff) that I never got around to it. I can't see paying to go see it in theaters and right now, I do have some streaming services i am paying for (not much, but still), that I don't have time to pirate it but I probably will. Belfast was a movie I really liked last winter, and this looks similarly in execution.

RE: Bulk Image Download
@driftwood714 I would have said Jdownloader which is what I used to use to grab Instagram videos and images a few years back and I know people used to use it on tumblr when they still had explicit fan art and a lot of art/images, etc, but the last time I tried to use it a few weeks back, it totally just died and pulled squat.
Try checking the C-Net software download site for FREE or SHAREWARE bulk image downloaders. Good luck!

RE: Indie pop anyone?
Indie pop is a very generic term that might mean one thing to you, something else to me, and something different in ten different ways to ten other people.
I think of indie pop as alternative music that has a popular bent/twist. In other words, it could cross over. There's some Pet Shop Boys non-single cuts, b-sides and even some single releases that aren't dance and aren't really hi-energy electronica that I would quantify as indie pop personally, and some that have crossed over: Being Boring is a perfect example, IMHO, as is the more recent Home & Dry.
Kitchens of Distinction, The Beloved, Frazier Chorus and Saint Etienne are other examples of what I would consider alternative artists who can make a song that crosses over (although KOD barely so).
You need to post some songs or artist that you think qualify and hope to get a response that way, pal.

RE: Do you guys listen to kpop?
Nope. But I don't really listen to a lot of what is considered Top 40. I have no idea what most of Beyonce sounds like, for example, and likewise I have no idea what Taylor Swift sounds like and unless something really breaks (for example, when the US Olympic swim team did that Call Me, Maybe video song skit on their flight - to was that the Rio Games or London?, I would have had no idea that was a popular song). I also have no clue what Harry Styles sounds like as a solo singer, before anyone thinks I'm picking on females.
BTS was on a late show that I was channel surfing past and they, I believe, they were on SNL? So I've heard a tiny bit of them, I'm certain, but if you put a gun to my head and forced me to tell you what I heard, I'd be dead.

RE: Sad removal of a fantastic scene that took me several weeks to get
@frostycab Some studios hire law firms that have automated bots which troll websites (particularly known websites) if trigger words come up. Since it's a law firm, versus the studio, that sends these out, some websites (and particularly the web-hosts or the webmasters) have some responses set to automatically comply when these are received - so there's no real review or verification process involved.
As you noted, what searchable terms are used is one thing that prompts these trigger words for law firms.

RE: Asking for recommendations
@justmejon I'm finding Disruptive Films more boring and tedious than not, largely because I think the plots are driven by what women might think versus even two gay men into romance or seduction. The fact that the models are all coming from NextDoor means I have often already seen them paired together in better sex scenes also has not helped those videos at all. And I can't think of a recent studio adult film that I've sat through that is that plot heavy, even if it's not romance or seduction. The fact that the production studios have been decimated probably also impacts that.
As far as mainstream productions, probably some foreign film will fit your bill, although I can't think of anything that has been explicit. I mean, even Another Country is not that explicit. But I would check out some of the websites that review gay themed movies for suggestions and ideas. Good luck!

RE: Asking for recommendations
@justmejon Actual porn varies. Generally, there's very little sensuality in porn so very little is going to meet your needs (at least in this specific request) and it will not be consistent. For example, I can think of a few instances where one or two (very few) CorbinFisher scenes meet a request for sensual, slow fucking but it's not something that site is known for. Likewise, there are studio productions that have this, but it's not going to be consistent. Some of the better Kristen Bjorn and Lucas Kazan movies of the 1990s and 2000s have that sensual and perhaps even romantic fucking but Bjorn moved a lot into threesome and foursomes/moresomes that sort of preclude that even if they might be slow and sensual moments. Kazan probably has more of what you are wanting but only pushed out a few films. The guy currently (and most recently) pushing out the Kazan films is more hack than anything else.
There's probably more sensuality and romance in the making out, especially if you can consider something like rimming to be sensual (probably not romantic, but it can definitely, IMHO, be sensual, but not as much leading into actual fucking). Good luck!

RE: What is the name of this video?
Since you have his name, it's easy to look up stuff about him. See: https://www.wikiporno.org/wiki/Cristian_Torrent
It looks like he films for himself.
