I recently started using a VPN with uTorrents. The specific one I am using is Private Internet Access. However I have noticed that my torrents are not uploading. While I am seeding, it appears even new torrents are not being downloaded by other people. Considering how many torrents I am seeding, I would have something for upload.

Are there any specific/special settings I should be using? Maybe "Private Internet Access" doesn't work well with torrent uploads. If not, is there a recommended alternative VPN that is fast and easy to use?

No, there is no lie. You are correct in that WHILE it is a freeleech, your ratio is not negatively affected. In fact, your ratio might go up as others are downloading from you.

HOWEVER, when the file is no longer a freeleech, your ration can be affected negatively, as at that point, you are downloading a file that is not freeleech.

One thing I find interesting is that it does output a mixture of new and old torrents. If everyone sees the same output, this is cool as it refreshes old torrents. IE, every odd column is a list of torrents older than 6 months.

However if the image output is random, that maybe a problem as I would be downloading old torrents (possibly dead) that most likely won't seed for a long while. IE, kill my ratio.

This is the internet, easier to spend a minute to drop a complaint than to read a page or 2 of responses.

Anyways, the new images layout is interesting however.

1. Would like to make thumbnails bigger, currently they are a bit too small. ***
2. Delineation between torrents
3. Ability for the torrent maker to select primary image. Community can also pick/vote a primary image. ***
4. Ability to see multiple images in a torrent on hover (such as how search does for mousing over title) ***
5. Show file name/title with image

An idea would be to have various boxes with small margins/borders setup, each with the truncated title across a single line and an image under it. When moused over, it shows the other images (like current system).
Also image size options, such as small (current thumbnail size), medium and large. These thumbnails would be based on the image width as to keep the flow of things.

Anyways, just thought I would officially say hello to everyone.

Technically I am paying for 50 Mbps down and 5Mbps up, however that dramatically changes for my computer if multiple people are all torrenting/using the internet.

I recommend new freelech torrents. Also torrents uploaded in the last 12 hours (the newer the torrent, the better). Then just leave your computer on and seeding. I usually get the majority of my torrents up to a 1.00 ratio within 48 hours (although I do also get about 20% that won't bother going above 0.5 for ratio).

Been doing it like this for the past month and I have really raised my ratio.

In addition, if you have utorrents, you can sort your files by last active and see what torrents were recently accessed/uploaded.

I personally run with my partner. We do it when it is warm out, which is about 10-11 months a year in Texas. With the current weather, it is probably once a week/every other week. But usually we run 3 times a week. As with each winter, I am starting to plump up some.

So, how often do yall work out and are there times of the year you plump up as well?
