Legal precendents can be changed, they have also been changed sometimes. Trump is also ignoring SCOTUS rulings. He even wants to change illegal the Constitution regarding Birth Right citizens. I understand why, he wants to change that, but it must be done legally and the right way.

And for Epstein many rightwing commentators are angry with Trump, because he has not released all the papires. You should know that by now. Denmark takes these threats very seriously. Trump wants to buy or invade Denmark/Greenland. That is not okay to make these threats against an old ally. Hopefully NATO stands with Denmark. But I am not so sure about that.
