Have you doubled checked that the burn to disc box is still checked? I noticed that it sometimes comes unticked when I upgrade.
Are you sure you have the right size dvd for the conversion setting you have in ConvertX? Putting a single layer disc in when you have it set for dual layer and it can even happen if you put a dual layer disc in and have it set for dual layer.

I'm renting my seedbox from Kimisufi {OVH reseller} and I'm having some issues/problems.
The offer several Linux OSs for free or you can pay £15 {or £30 depending on the OS} + VAT a month extra to get one of the pay OSs.
Anyway, I chose Ubuntu Desktop 8.04 64 bit but they no longer offer the 64 bit. I had to reformat and my only option was/is 32 bit and the performance is horrible compared to the 64 bit version.
Installing the OS is easy through the manager, but they don't have the options I want/need.
I upgraded to 9.04 {through updates} because the performance is supposed to be much better than 8.04 but I can't get NX Client to connect to the seedbox now. It starts to open like normal but shuts down just before it gets to the desktop of the server.
I can still connect to my seedbox through Putty and FileZilla.
So my questions are;
1. Is there a fix to get NX Client to work with 9.04
2. Is there a way to get a 64 bit version installed on the seedbox? I've read some stuff about net installs, but I'm clueless on how to do it, if it's even an option. I don't want to pay for a license on top of the cost of the seedbox to get 64 bit.
On Windows 7 {haven't verified with Vista yet}, I deleted some folders/files to make more room and it seems to work but the folders/files are still there.
The folders are showing as empty but they are still on my computer. I tried to delete a 700mb iso file and it's still on my computer but unlike the folders, it's still saying it's 700mb.
It doesn't matter if I use delete or Tune Up Utilities 2009's shredder, it's the same thing.
If I go to delete or shred them again, it says they aren't there. I know the iso I mentioned earlier is still there because the disc usage amount is still the same.
Hmm, I tried the link, but Vista keeps putting it back to write protected every time I reboot.
Windows 7 doesn't have this problem.
On a politics forum, we are discussing the Chaz/Chassity Bono sex change and the board admin {gay guy} said that most gay men either feel like they are a woman in a man's body or they want to be women.
I disagree with this and say it's a small percentage that feel that way, not most.

So far, I've been right and I don't see that changing anytime soon, if ever.
I have 2 Optiarcs right now and they work fine.

EDIT: I just checked and my Optiacrs have the same stats as the NEC you are getting, even the model name is the same {AD-7200S}.

NEC doesn't make their own brand of dvd burners anymore, you will have to get Optiarc {NEC/Sony joint venture}.
If you do find an NEC for sale, it will be pretty dated.
The places I buy my blank dvds from, always has customer complaints about Pioneer burners not working with the discs. It doesn't matter what brand or type of disc. So I would avoid Pioneer.
Personally, I've had the best experience with NEC which is now Optiarc {join venture with Sony}.
I had a Samsung and it felt cheap and never worked well.
Lite-On did very well for me, but both died within a year.

(CNN) – Chastity Bono, gay-rights activist and child of performer Cher and the late entertainer and politician Sonny Bono, is in the early stages of transitioning from a female to a male and will be known as Chaz, his spokesman said Thursday.
"Chaz, after many years of consideration, has made the courageous decision to honor his true identity," Howard Bragman said in a written statement.
"He is proud of his decision and grateful for the support and respect that has already been shown by his loved ones. It is Chaz's hope that his choice to transition will open the hearts and minds of the public regarding this issue, just as his 'coming out' did nearly 20 years ago."
Someone's decision to transition does not necessarily mean they are undergoing gender reassignment surgery, and in many cases they do not, said Mara Keisling, executive director of the Washington-based National Center for Transgender Equality.

To be honest, I'm really surprised she lasted in the job this long.
However, I do think they let her stay on longer than would be normal so the pageant people didn't appear to be firing her for her anti gay views. In other words, they didn't want the religious fuckwits to get too angry. Tilling or forking won't help in a lot of cases because you are just messing with the same crap soil. You'll need to add something to your soil to improve it.
Builders sand {slightly big grains that beach sand} is good for heavy clay soils.
Soil that drains too fast needs some clumpy compost added to retain some of the moisture.
We used to rent {now we own} a portable cement mixer and do a 50/50 mix with the current soil and light compost. Dig out the area you want to prepare and then throw 1 shovel of soil to 1 shovel of compost in. Use that to refill the area you just dug up. We do this every year with the help of the neighbor kids.
