My point is exactly what I said.
Women in India can not legally commit sex crimes or domestic violence.
While they have some bad, they have some good. It's also very different based on what caste they are born into. It's a cultural thing, not a legal thing. The laws are the same for everyone, but the cultural rules are not.
There's a region in India where it's a total matriarchy. It's the same if not worse than the rest of India, just with the genders flipped. Nothing is done about the problems there because of the laws of India don't cover the crap happening there due to gender.
While domestic violence, sex crimes and whatnot may be/are common in India, they are still crimes, unless it's a woman doing it.
