She said that the media does not declare who is or is not the President-Elect. Politi-Fact declared this to be a false statement and refused to budge on that. Well, that was until she filed a lawsuit against them, as well as Facebook and Twitter. After being served with the lawsuit paperwork, Politi-Fact removed their ruling that her statement was false. They also claimed it had nothing to do with the lawsuit.
He was warned to stop it a few times, but he continued.

Like most of Europe, Sadiq Khan has called crime stats and crime reporting "racist" because of the facts and figures. It's why some countries no longer record the races of the criminal. In the UK, you can always tell if the criminal is white because they tell you, but if they are non-white they leave the race out of the article.
