Liberals spent months slagging off the vaccine, because of Trump, but now that Honest Joe is in office, they have done a complete 180 and are now raving fanatics about it.

Rachel Maddow, Joy Reid, and many others have admitted that masks and vaccines are essentially a religion. Rachel Maddow said that she is gonna have to change her mindset because people not wearing masks are just evil Trump supporters, but fully vaccinated liberals. Joy Reid said that she still wears her mask because it's "tribal" and not about C-19.

C-19 is a corona virus, just like the common cold and flu. It has a low morbidity rate.

Prior to Trump, the US Justice Dept was considered as a-political as you could be in Government Service. Nixon tried to turn it into his own political "army", but was rebuked by the career professionals. Trump tried to do the same, and was not met with as-much resistance.

One of the few actions Biden has taken that I can actually agree with is that he's ordered the Justice Dept to be re-de-politicized, and those career professionals who went along with the Trumpy, partisan crap (like seizing phone and email records of political enemies - and even political "friends", just so you can "assuage any doubts" you might have about their loyalty) will face professional sanctions.

There is politics - to some extent - in every area of Government, but the Justice Dept (and, by inheritance, the FBI) should be an area of the Government where outright partisan activity should be banned, avoided, and bum-rushed out the door!

Assuming Raphjd's comment about "resident fake conservative" is about me (that may be self-aggrandizing, but hey...) - I do not think Trumpites are evil, just that they're easily manipulated and intellectually lazy.

They did not. He had about 15 times the leaks that other Presidents had.

Matt Hancock, the UK's Health Minister, has had to admit that the country will require booster shots, despite previous promises to the contrary. The details are supposed to be announced in couple/few weeks.

He was forced to make the announcement because it leaked that the government's Health Ministry is working on mandatory booster jabs, despite repeatedly saying it was just the 2 shots. The promise that we would only need the 2 original jabs was said, even after they were actively working on the program to require continued booster jabs.

In other words, we were lied to and they knew they were lying, at least over the last few months.

Cressida Dick, the UK's top cop, wants the government to change the Equalities law to allow racism, but only against whites, hetero and/or christians.

She ordered the police assassination of a John Charles de Menezes and then spent months lying about it. DeMenezes was a totally innocent man who left his house to go to work and ended up being murdered by the police. The cop fell asleep and when he woke up, he saw a brown man and assumed it was the person he was supposed to be watching. The cop even said, over the radio, that he was not sure if it was the right person. Despite knowing that the cop was unsure if it was the terrorist or not, Cressida Dick ordered his murder once he headed into the subway.

Immediately after the murder, Dick and the Met started lying about the circumstances of the murder. They lied about which house de Menezes came out of, jumping the subway turnstiles and everything else.

Even after the truth came out, she was still made the UK's top cop because she is a gash-munching vag possessor. Diversity was deemed more important than being an honest cop.

Now we are looking at possibly having a convicted kiddie porn possessor as the next top cop because she is black and has a vag.
