They also ruled that "sex" only refers to biological sex.
This does not strip trans people's rights as they are still protected in other areas of the Equality Act.
Unsurprisingly, the legal definition of "men" was not addressed.
This ruling applies to ALL laws where "women" or "sex" is mentioned, not just so-called equality laws.
