The UK is a lot like the US, with the left demonizing conservative voices. The difference is that with no actual constitution, free speech is a lie.

There is no 14th Amendment in the UK, so there is no "equal protection under the law".

The left in the UK is insane.

Despite the legal requirement that NEWS outlets be balanced, the media watchdog, OffCom, is extremely biased against conservative outlets.

Tony Blair and then Gordon Brown (1997 - 2007 & 2007 - 2010) promised a written constitution, but extremists in their party ("New Labour") were against US-style constitutional protections were harmful to their agenda.

You might remember Scotland's former SNP Muslim First Minister, who routinely went on anti-white rants. Even when the law changed to end free speech, even in your own home, Police Scotland refused to do anything about his racist comments. The leader of Scottish Labour (I think he's from an Indian background, but may be from a Pakistani background) also made racist rants about whites, and Police Scotland ignored the law and did nothing. Police Scotland said that the law only protected minority groups from "phobia".

The UK already had a 2-tier "justice" system regarding gender.

The new Labour government also brought in anti-free speech 2-tier "justice". Conservative views are being criminalized, while liberal, Muslim, etc, etc, etc, are deemed virtuous.

Now, the UK is bringing in more 2-tier "justice".

Starting tomorrow (1 April 2025), anyone deemed a minority of any type will get lower sentences for their crimes. Basically, CIS Christian white men will get the longest sentences.

One of the new rules judges must follow is they have to order a "pre-sentencing report" for all the privileged groups. Judges must do everything possible to find a reason to give these people the lowest sentence possible.

The UK is seeing "violence" against Teslas and their owners skyrocket. Nothing like the US, but it's extremely noticeable in areas where the cars are common.

The UK's Labour Party also did a bait n switch on illegal immigration. They said they were going to end illegal immigration, but they made it more lucrative to come to the UK illegally.

Previously, if you came to the UK illegally, you could not get citizenship. You also could not things like council housing and many other welfare benefits.

They get private dental and medical treatments, rather than the slow as fuck and cumbersome NHS. They get free driving lessons. They get free tickets to amusement parks, etc. They get cell phones with call packages.

I'm tempted to go to France, buy a boat, get a bit of ways from shore and through my US and UK passports into the water and have the French military escort me to the middle of the channel and call for the UK to come rescue me.

We stopped going a looooooong time ago.

Brighton, UK, used to have a fenced-off section that kids were not allowed in for obvious reasons. They enforced decorum rules pretty strictly in the unfenced area. This was 2001ish. The following year, they stopped having the fenced-off area, and the whole area was a no-rules skankfest. We never went again.
