You could try to use in your connection setting another DNS for example Google's DNS or OpenDNS:
For Google it is 8.8.8**.8** and 8.8.4.4 if I remember right, sorry don't remember OpenDNS's IP.
Edit: corrected IPs as per MrMazda

@__shrunkenboy__: Your manual uploads seem to work, all started seeding, most completed the initial upload.
However, there are 3 only partly seed. Either you over estimated your upload speed and don't seed 24/7; or your torrent client's queuing priorities made to pause seeding them. If priority is the issue, usually a "force start" does the trick.
The only issue here is, that the members concerned, learning uploaders, most likely won't read the forums and this topic.
Frankly that is a minor issue compared to seeing about a quarter of uploads failing initial seeding. Most members don't upload own new torrents (% of uploaders is in single digits) and it would be wrong to make it more of a burden by adding requirements.
GayTorrent.ru has indeed no torrent client white list. There is only a client black list, which is enforced by the tracker backend, see the FAQ: May I use any bittorrent client? > https://www.gaytorrent.ru/faq.php#21
qBittorrent is one of the recommended torrent clients. However help can be provided better for the leading client (in market share) µTorrent / Bittorrent where we still recommend the µTorrent 2.2.1 build 25302.
That is what I do. It requires to have opted to get that screen shown. Many downloaders (only) have opted to skip that window.
However, my beloved µTorrent 2.2.1 then only changes the name the file is saved on my storage device.
The name in the µTorrent 2.2.1 list then still remains the torrent file name (that is the name of the .torrent file created by the uploader before uploading). That is usually the file or folder name from which it was created.
Then it's still easier to know what it is, because I see that in the General tab of the details view as "Safe as:…"
That is something where newer µTorrent 3.4.x are better, because there at download you can edit the list display name at that window, too.
your are right: All members can add pictures if there are less than 10 (including those awaiting release).
It is important that your torrent client is 'connectible', if not, downloading peers will download from other peers who's torrent client is connectible.
Perhaps it should be clarified how it works today:
a) Only the original uploader, members who have completed a torrent's file(s) download and staff can add pictures.
b) Pictures added by members who have completed the download will go through a quick check by moderators, before the points are given out. This check is only performed within the context of that torrent's presentation page.
c) There is a system of appropriate graduated response from just deleting wrong image over a PM, PM warning to system warnings. Usually it stops after a first PM. Often it are simple mistakes or missing knowledge.
d) Often we see pictures multiple times or from a previous upload. This might be due to QTM not clearing the picture list after an (failed) upload.
Those images had a Gaytorrent.ru watermark and therefore must have been added years ago.
What makes you think moderators added them?
Currently you aren't seeding, at least not for the tracker …
Aside that, what you have completed to download hasn't got any downloading peer at the moment. Without download, no upload.
Keep seeding once your computer is on anyways and collect bonus points.
But wasn't that an Older4me file shared and not a Hot Older Male video?
I think you are wrong about their takedowns…
That means QTM could not store the .torrent file where it wanted. Then loads nothing into µTorrent.
Typically this is due to missing access rights to the directory QTM wants to store .torrent files.
You can try to properly (!) uninstall QTM (Start > All Programs > QuickTorrentMaker > uninstall) and then re-install QTM to another directory, e.g. C:/
The more you keep available, the higher the chances that you upload data in case one of them gets a downloading peer.
I've made 2 of them freeleech, so that should generate some upload, unless your torrent client isn't connectible.

Did you then change back to http://… ?
Actually I wanted you just to change and change back the announce URL to get it newly resolved.
To make https working, you'd needed to remove the ":2710" from the tracker announce URL and use the ".ru" top level domain (.tw wont work with https).
I've loaded that torrent into my client and it connects normal to the tracker.
I'd suggest you change in your µTorrent in the torrent properties the https://… into http://... of the announce URL and then back into https://...
Sometimes that fixes things for me.
@__beastrouen__ : Do you know what was the solution?
It is active, when there are 2 or less seeds and a completed download was registered by the tracker.
It troughs and error, when no member who has completed the download is kept in the data base. Currently this means no member has completed the download after 31st of December 2014 (means 2015 or later).
Because the staff doesn't want (further) discussions in that topic.
That concerns not only you. Just keep them running.
