The most simple way is to follow the reseed procedure. See our "Guides" board in the forum for how to do that.
In short:
1/ Copy the files to your desktop
2/ Open the torrent in your µTorrent on the desktop and direct the "download" to the directory to which you've copied the files
Attention: if after step 2/ the desktop starts to download instead of a check and seeding, something went wrong and you should stop the torrent, remove it (not the files) and retry the operation. µTorrent didn't find the files.

and thanks to looking to the forum and getting out of the anonymous masses here :crap:

If you got an ADSL connection (passing by the telephone copper wires), 98 KBytes/s are an excellent upload rate. If you got a fibre optics connection to your home, it isn't a good rate.
If you shut down your torrent client (or your computer), you'll stop to seed. When you've completed the initial seeding, means distributed a full copy and there are other seeds, that doesn't do a harm to the torrent. It will be kept alive by the others.
If you haven't completed the initial upload and you shut down, the peers will exchange the parts they got, but can't complete the download.
If you know in advance that you can't run the computer long enough without a break (many people don't have their PC running 24/7, so that is normal), place at the bottom of the description an indication of your likely seeding times in UTC. That avoids complains
Why should GayTorrent.ru recompense for the mistake of an uploader?
You should have got a complete copy of the movie file.
If it is a 100% identical file, you can jump-on the original > https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=09a8a36d6a1a95b3114eb0475c2477e5609d794fddc275d6
You should be able to find it yourself, either by "including dead" (and not only "active") in the Browse or Search or by going to your Profile, scrolling down and expand the uploaded torrents list.
You go to your Profile by clicking on your name in "Welcome back, …" top left below the blue menu band.
Remark: If a torrent has been moved to a category you can't access or see, it won't be visible for you at all. That isn't the case for your upload (unless it is another than the one I see in your Profile and has been deleted)
Restricted access / visibility torrent categories are: Bisexual (Profile setting), Straight older (Profile settings), Straight younger (Profile settings), DVD-R (Power User), non-Porn DVD-R (Power User), 3D (Power User) and for duplicates (Staff Only).
The uploading rules miss as well that that a torrent for bisexual porn must be in the "Bisexual" category and a torrent for straight porn in either the "Straight older" or the "Straight younger" category.
Then there is a potential conflict with the requirement that torrents for DVD Video format files or iso must be in the DVD-R category. Yet, I've seen one straight DVD-R only.
–---
Certainly GayTorrent.ru does not want to become a general porn site, though for some straight porn niches there is quite a good selection (mature/older mens for example)
Straight older 1501
Straight younger 1301
Bisexual 295
Shemales 425
Total: 3522 seeded torrents at the moment of writing this.

Update 2014-06-11:
Most likely you've seen that the Rules / Uploading Rules have been updated to clarify things.
I've tried and it works for me. First thing to try: Close QTM and login again. If you get a cookies issue, repeat: close QTM and try again.

Did you visit the Spanish board already?
This is certainly the result of multiple factors. Some you don't control, e.g. the bandwidth at the seeding peers and their seeding priorities.
However, there is an important thing you can change, which should lead to better download (and upload):
Your µTorrent is not connectible. Make it connectible.
There can be multiple reasons why µTorrent isn't connectible. The first things to do:
a) Enable UPnP and NAT-PMT port forwarding in µTorrent's connection settings
b) Enable the Windows firewall exception in µTorrent's connection settings
Then restart µTorrent.
You can test if that made your µTorrent connectible: µTorrent > Options > Setup Guide > select the "Network" test only and run it. The result should be a green check sign (=connectible) , not a yellow/orange (not connectible)
If not connectible, try to reboot your modem/router (the box to connect to the internet) and test again when the internet connection is back.
If still not connectible, you should look at your anti virus / internet security software. It might be necessary to create an exception for incoming connections for µTorrent on the port selected in µTorrent's connection settings.
This is a good occasion to explain how we proceed with new uploads not being seed or only partly seed. To note that there is still a backlog from the holidays to treat the partly seed uploads.
1. For not at all seed torrents, the uploader gets a standard PM from about 30 minutes after upload. This PM suggests solutions for the most likely reasons. Depending on staff availability, it might take some hours to send this PM (we need more staff, candidatures there > https://www.gaytorrent.ru/jobs.php ).
2. For partly seed torrents, we allow about 24 hours to resume or complete the upload. then we send a PM to resume it. This PM proposes links to guides, to contact the Help desk, the language boards and personalised help. We note the % of upload.
3. A not at all seed torrent is deleted from 3 days after it's upload (backlog here).
4. If a partly seed torrent is not seed from 3 days after it's upload, another PM is send to complete the upload. The torrent get promoted with "~completes?" added to the beginning of the description and the % of upload noted again. (backlog here)
5. We wait until no peer is visible to still trying to download it and then delete it. This is about 1 torrent per day (below 0.5% of uploads)
Of course, if the uploader gets back to one of the PMs and it becomes clear he won't be able to complete the upload, a torrent is deleted earlier.
If you disregard the positive effect of the bonus points and donations, the global share ratio of all members should be 1, because it can be uploaded only what is downloaded: upload = download, therefore upload / download = 1.
Another effect are low ratio members deleting their account, leaving left their downloads uploaders with the upload.
As a result, one should shoot for a ratio around 1 (a little under or over) in the long run. Not everyone can have a ratio above 1, due to the above said.

Actually it is not that important what type of torrent you download and seed. More important is when you start downloading.
Basically you need to be very fast. Take a torrent when it got only one seed and not yet many downloader. That way you can expect other downloader to follow after you. However, as most are trying that, it is a real race.
Avoid torrents with multiple files in the file list, leecher can be peers who haven't downloaded all files and seed what they've got, means don't download.
You should as well only download what you expect to watch and keep a long time (count months here, not days). The second chance to upload sporadically comes when the torrent got old and there are left only a few seeds. These seeds get then good uploads, so if you offer many, one or another uploads all the time. to get there you need to be member for a long time.
–---
Freeleech torrents are good, if you can complete the download in the free time. The upload counts, the download not.
I am not sure, but in your case my guess is that it is due to the missing special character support of QuickTorrentMaker, unless you've uploaded your other torrents from the same Windows user account and with QTM, too.
Actually I think your Windows user name is not "V.n", but that in the place of the dot "." you've got an accent on the letter. This leads to QTM not being able to use the right file path for your account's application data directory.
It might be better you use the web interface to upload torrents.
It depends the number of seeder and leecher. A leecher counts for 3 seeder.
Vuze/Azureus doesn't like our tracker with scarping support disabled in it's out of box configuration. Read there about better settings > https://forum.gaytorrent.ru/index.php?topic=16166.0
