Become a Power User to gain access to DVD-R and 3D torrent selections. This step is automated as well, after you meet 3 criteria:
* You have been a member on our site for at least 4 weeks
* You must have uploaded >40 GB
* Your ratio is >1.05
To become Power User, the share ratio must be over 1.05, together with a few other conditions.
When then the share ratio falls below 0.95, the Power User status is revoked and the share ratio needs to be again over 1.05, so that the system promotes to Power User again.

You have downloaded the small .torrent file (the "torrent") and added it to µTorrent. Now your µTorrent tries to download the movie file, because it does not find it on your computer or external storage drive.
When you add a torrent to µTorrent, there should be a window displaying the files of the torrent's file list and allowing to set the download folder. There you need to press the ". . ." button and change the download directory to the folder which contains the movie file.
If this window is not displayed, you have changed µTorrent's default UI Settings.
If you clicked to fast over that window, try the following steps:
1. Stop the torrent (do NOT remove)
2. Click with the right mouse button on the torrent in µTorrent/BitTorrent's list and select "Advanced" > "Set Download Location…" > navigate to the to the folder which contains the file, respectively folder, from which the torrent has been created, confirm with "Select folder".
3. Right mouse button click on the torrent in µTorrent's list and select "Force re-check". The torrent should check to 100% and µTorrent displaying "Finished" instead of "Stopped" in the status column.
4. Restart the torrent, it shall go to "Seeding" or at least to "Queued seeding"

Actuellement, ce n'est pas possible de tout pour les "User" et "Power User" de voir qui a uploadé un torrent. C'est une mesure extrême pris en 2011, quand pleins des utilisateurs étaient inquiet de leurs anonymisé (ou plutôt d'être privé).
De ce date aussi la difficulté d'envoyer une PM aux utilisateurs qui ont leur Profile sur "Strong" ou "low" (plus privé que "normal").

C'est justement la message du tracker si votre programme torrent veut downloader, mais votre droit de téléchargement est suspendu. Donc votre programme torrent ne sait pas où est le fichier vidéo. S'il surait, il va seeder et non downloader.
Pour seeder son propre torrent, il n'est pas nécessaire de télécharger le fichier du film, seulement le petit fichier .torrent doit être téléchargé pour l'avoir avec le clé d'identification.
Voici les pas à suivre dans µTorrent/BitTorrent pour diriger le téléchargement vers le bon dossier:
1/ Arrêtez le torrent (attention, ne le retirez pas)
2/ Cliquez avec le bouton droite de la souri sur le torrent dans la liste et choisissez "Options avancées …" > "Dossier de réception ..." > naviguez au classeur qui contient le fichier (ou classeur) à partir le quel vous avez créez le torrent et confirmez (Sauver ou Sectionner classeur).
3/ Encore clique droite et "Vérification forcée", le résultat doit être "Terminé" au lieu de "Arrêté"
4/ Redémarrez le torrent
Pour qu'ils devient visible, il faut les seeder.
Remarque: vous les trouvez dans votre Profile "Uploaded torrents Show uploaded torrents" ou si vous choisisez "including dead" dans la configuration de la recherche sur la page "Search"
Voici les étape à suivre:
1/ Re-télécharger le petit fichier .torrent de la page du torrent sur GayTorrent.ru. Ce petit fichier .torrent a votre cles d'identification (passkey) inséré dans la URL du tracker
2/ L’ouvrir avec votre programme torrent et diriger le téléchargement au dossier qui contient le fichier à parti de le quel le torrent était crée. C'est le bouton "…" dans le pop-up du µTorrent/BitTorrent quand vous ajouter un torrent activé par default.
Après une vérification, au lieu de télécharger (download) le programme torrent doit commencer l'upload (seeder). S'il commence à télécharger, la direction n'était pas bon.

Because I was having some issues with Vuze (I'm a paying user for that), I re-set the settings to the "factory default." I've since re-set everything like I had it, but now, when Vuze pulls in the torrent file from my default folder (I have it set up to import and start automatically), it doesn't start. I've clicked or unclicked everything that says "start torrent immediately" or "pause" or whatever is appropriate, but for now, the only way I can get a torrent to begin downloading is to manually go in and force start. Any suggestions?

Second, unrelated question. I was killing my ratio here and wasn't sure why. Come to find out, I needed to forward my ports, which I have done. Happy that it works -- when I'm at home where I set the port forward to work! But, I also travel with my laptop to work, to Starbucks, to friends, etc. where it appears that port forwarding wouldn't work (because of the assigned IP address, I'm assuming). Is there a way to make this work -- or am I stuck seeding just when I am at home?

You should try to have the portforwarding made by UPnP automatically. The function for that is hidden in Vuze's plugins setting. If the modem/router is set to have UPnP activated (which should be the default by the ISP, but not on company or other organisations networks) that will work.
Vuze > Tools > Options … > Plugins (expand by click on the arrow before it) > UPnP > select "Enable UPnP" and "Release connections on shutdown" > click "Refresh" button

(2) I think that, as a result of this change, something about the "comments" popups on the old search page was damaged. I used to get a popup of user comments when I selected the comments link on the search page. Now, I get an hourglass and nothing happens. Very occasionally, if I then move my mouse cursor, I get the briefest view of a popup which should have appeared, which vanishes again before anything can be read. I imagine that this will behave differently in different browsers, but that's a sign that something isn't as it should be. Something got broken along the way, here.

This should have been fixed finally. We, the torrent staff were already crying for it :cheers:
1.) Yes, the direct connections established between the peers will continue to work, even though the torrent is immediately removed from the tracker. Therefore there is the possibility that the downloads can still be completed. There is no warranty on that, though.
2.) When the seeder stops and restarts, the connections should have been lost by him. Therefore most likely the downloads can't be completed. The exception is if the swarm of still between each other connected peers holds already a complete copy and exchanges the parts until having each a complete copy.
Remark: Torrents for content for which a member hasn't the right to distribute it, should not be uploaded. If a an uploader's torrent has been removed due to a DMCA Takedown Notice alleging copyright infringement, he gets a system PM and should better stop it, unless t is an erroneous take down.
That are "Scrape" errors. Our tracker got the scrape support deactivated. Therefore, that error is "normal" fr all torrents which are stopped or queued. µTorrent shows another error message in that case, something like "scrape not allowed", not http 404 (http 404 is what you see in Transmission for example).
The solutions are multiple:
The emphasis is on start, our tracker delivers detailed peer information once a torrent is started.

Can you remove one of the torrents from your BitTorrent and re-download it from GayTorrent.ru and then add it again?
Can you please try the two things proposed: reboot and changing the URL from .tw into .ru (in the torrents properties)

Yes, I meant the tracker URL in the pictures. I've compared it with your Profile's information and it looks to be correct.
(The pictures are removed, because the URL contains your personal secrete passkey)
The http 404 error is very strange here, because it is a feedback from the server (tracker) that the requested information is not found …
However, torrent works fine for me, including the tracker URL with your passkey. So it must be something on your side or between the tracker and you. Still I've no idea what it could be.
Please try to reboot the computer (not just standby and on again) to clear all caches.
Can you please try to change the .tw in the tracker URL to .ru ?
Actually only Torrent Staff got nowadays access to the torrent's peer list. That the link shows id due to a hasty implementation of improved user privacy some years ago.
As for the difference in peer numbers, that is very strange indeed, but I've no immediate explanation. Please check the tracker announce URL. If that is the same than on the torrents shown in your Profile, verify if the torrent is "seeding" in BitTorrent and not only "Queued seeding". If queued, force their start or change the queuing priorities in BitTorrent.
If all above looks fine, try if a restart of BitTorrent resolves the issue.
