Always make sure you maintain a high fibre intake at least for 2 days before you have sex. That will make your stool quite bulky and clean and little residue.
On the day of sex, just douche as normal. Thats why I like to plan sex instead of doing it last minute to make sure I am super clean.

Yeah definitely get tested twice a year and more if I'm really sexually active. A lot of STI's are curable so best to get treated before you spread it.
Yeah mine cheated and once a cheater always a cheater. Period. Maybe there is a 1% that learn but I went back to my boyfriend and he promised not to do it, only to cheat 2 weeks later.

Nothing worse than catching a viral STI because they are not curable.
