It really depends. Sometimes a quickyy can be just as satisfying as a long session. But i love to edge so a good long time would be great.

I like herbal teas. I add a slice of lemon and a spoon of honey its great. And winter teas of course. With cinamon.

For going out sure cologne , but for in the sheets i prefer the natural smell.
