Hey man, well here is what i use for when i break out , or what i actually use every day.

Wash gel : Ducray Keranyl  ( i use that twice a day. Its for face and even for body )
Lotion : Ducray Keranyl PP ( Its a cream for the face after cleaning it. You dont need a lot of this. )

I am aware the stuff isn't cheap but it worked really well for me .

Nawww its not. I shower once a day, you just have to chosse good soaps and good lotion to take care of the skin. Use a W in O lotion for example ( means water in oil ) that is good.

i have the same issue. I can only tell you that its like 30 Percent the workout and like 70 Percent the food you eat. I started food prepping to help myself stay on the healthy food and on the portions.

For example :

1 Chicken breast .  ( in the oven )
1 cup of rice
Brokoly.

You can substitute what ever u like.

Ps- Overnight Oats are great, they keep you full for a long time and they are so easy to make and so many choices of what to mix in them.

I do that on weekends as well, but i don't use Netflix. I just have the normal amazon Prime. Which i know i dont really get all the new stuff , but amazon Prime has some good own series. But there are so many Platforms that you can use. I also love the soaps on here, so i usually watch alot of it from here. Yeah it does punisch my ratio alot because im like the only soap fan on here. lol .
