Can anyone tell me a simple way of looking for torrents from say 6-8 weeks previously without having to click on page after page to get to the period I'm looking for.
I'm sometimes in a country where access is restricted and I cannot get on the site for weeks at a time.

Is there any way a message can be sent to our account when a torrent has been taken down for some reason. Something possibly automatic rather than the mods having to write an individual message. I just had 10 torrents I really wanted to see just stop downloading and when searching for them, there is no sign of them. It's happening more often. Sometimes I think it could be a DCMA issue and sometimes I think it's the up-loader who has taken the torrent down. It's so frustrating to be spending the internet time and money wasted on partial downloads and not knowing why it's stopped or even if the thing is going to pick up again. Thanks.

We are not all in locations where high speeds are available. I am not in a country where super fast broadband is available. Sometimes I think people in some locations are very ignorant of these facts and may I say, don't realise that this is the World Wide Web: Not the the United States Wide Web. (I'm not saying it's you John3213666 - but there are many who think it is just for the USA).
@ianfontinell It's happening more often. I didn't say it was common. Maybe the odds are that it's the torrents I chose to download.
My ratio is above 1.0.
I still have the torrent in my list and it's been stuck there at the position for over a day now, and is listed as "Finding Peers". I started the download a couple of hours after it was listed. and it stopped. I looked back in the listings and the torrent had disappeared. This is what I'm saying is going on more often it seems. It's a bit difficult to find out the name of the of the guy when the bloody torrent has disappeared from the list.
There is one guy who I have noticed adds in his description "**I will be deleting this torrent very soon unless we have members here with an ounce of appreciation", followed by a load of abuse. I avoid his torrents totally.
Yesterday, I saw a torrent for a Ridder Rivera collection that I was very interested in. It contained 26 video's at a total of 28.1 GB.
I like the guy and although there were a few vids I already had there were a number I hadn't got and this seemed to be the perfect chance to get some more of the guy.
Now I am finding that this is happening more and more on this site and it is upsetting.
I'm not in a location with great internet connections, but I can get a decent speed. It varies a lot but I can get at times 1.1GB/s at times but this can be as low as 0.1 kB/s. We don't all live where 6 or 10GB/s works constantly.
Today, having kept my computer all night and after 10 hours downloading, The torrent had stopped . Nothing and for the last 13 hours - nothing - Zilch. I looked at at the list of torrents and did a search and the torrent is not there- it's been removed, taken down, banned who knows what. I stood no chance of getting all the torrent that I wanted. This is happening more and more and I get no explanation as to why the torrent has disappeared. I got just a handful of the torrents I was looking for and expected.
Why is this happeneing so often.
