@nancledra53 If you look in your client and see "Error: unregistered torrent" or similar in the status column then that torrent has been deleted. That's your notification. 🙂

All is not necessarily lost though. If the remaining swarm contains any seeders (or enough leechers with all the individual parts) you still have a chance of completing the download. When a torrent gets deleted from the site it stops anyone new from joining the swarm, but it has no ill effects on an existing swarm. It doesn't happen very often as people usually kill the download as soon as they see it's been deleted, but I've managed to finish a few files this way in the past. My advice is to keep them running in your client for a week or 2 if you can just to give them a chance.

I don't think it's as big an issue that you seem to think it is.

I seriously doubt that even 5% are written by men using female pen names.

I have met several female authors over the years, due to my love of getting autographed stuff. I never got the feeling that any of them were just "faces" for someone else.

Just so everyone knows, one of my stalkers, WAFFLEZ, is the one who's following me around downvoting and "angry facing my posts regardless of content.

The other possibility is that some of these torrents may be getting flagged as duplicates. Generally, these torrents should be able to be downloaded to completion, but that is assuming that the uploader continues to seed the torrent to completion, as the PM instructs them to do.
