It definitely does appear to be some sort of device that she is holding. Aside from that, I don't think the video quality is sufficient enough to substantiate a claim of a cell phone. There are any number of possibilities that it could be.

The interesting part about religion is that it will vary from one region to another. While many countries or regions may have a societal taboo, at the end of the day what you must ask yourself is "does this make me happy?"

I think Sheryl Crow phrased it best when she said "If it makes you happy, it can't be that bad." The bottom line is you have to do what makes you happy, for if you're not happy, you ultimately walk the line of creating your own hell. The other interesting thing about scripture is it makes reference to God being "loving and forgiving". It is also said in scripture that God loves all his creations… If he created you to like men, I seriously doubt that he could "condem" you for being the way you were created.

Reasons why I'm glad I live in Canada. According to the Canadian system, whether you're heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, trisexual, etc. etc. there is no difference in the rules from one to another. As long as you meet the minimum required live-together time, or have a piece of paper that says you're married, all benefits apply.

WOW!! The mentality of some people…. I never thought I'd hear myself condone the willing spread of HIV, but perhaps some people deserve to get it just to learn a lesson. (particularly the author of that message)

That goes far beyond just invasion of privacy as far as I'm concerned. What about the guy's family? Anybody ever put a thought into what it puts them through? Not to be blunt, but WTF is that bull****? At the very least it could be upgraded to criminal neglegence causing death, or better yet… MURDER!

As tragic as this was there is another issue that should be addressed.  The American Government has been looking at was to tax and regulate the internet for years.  Examples like this gives them plenty of ammo to "protect the children".

I think a fitting punishment for these pranking losers is to be required to have their entire life filmed until they graduate college. Having all the "highlights" sent to their parents and the prosecutors office weekly. Showers, frat parties, dates, "bathroom time" etc. Let them see how having your life exposed for all to see can be "inconvenient" whether you are gay or not.

There is nothing wrong with being gay. The most important thing to take into account is what makes you happy. As long as you go with what makes you happy, all things will work themselves out in the end.

All the patches are included. I didn't know of the existance of that website. When I did the downgrade, I didn't loose any information when rolling back. That's one thing that Microsoft is good for in that regard.
