First off, did you enjoy them?

Second, do you have any feelings for these friends (love/crush/something more than friends type of feelings)?
If not, just take it as some fun and enjoy it.  If you do, maybe try talking to them?  It may make your friendship weird if he says no and depending on how deep your feelings are, it may hurt, but it is still better than spending your life wondering what may have been.

It depends on cultural and societal norms really.  In Asian cultures, cousin relationship are generally fine, especially if the cousin is from your mom's side of the family.  Legally, I think in Japan you can marry your second cousin and beyond.

I know reproduction is not going to factor into this, but if it does, from a genetic diversity point-of-view, as long both of your parents are not brothers and sisters (as in two brothers from one family married two sisters from another family), then there are enough genetic diversity to avoid genetic problems that occurs from inbreeding.

What religion is your family?  If it is Christianity, do they follow the Old Testament or New Testament more?

If New Testament, remember that Jesus preached love and acceptance and said nothing about homosexuality.  Follow what Jesus said, not what Jesus' followers said.

Considering one is biological and the other is choice, it is totally possible to be both.  You also have to consider which religion.

Christianity didn't involve itself with marriage until much later and it only got involved as a way to control the people anyway when it got corrupted by power.

My theory is that the higher up understood that there is power in numbers.  If the lower class people were educated and rose up, they couldn't handle it and that is why they try to control reproduction; to control the population.

I need to shampoo daily because my hair gets really oily and if I don't, all my hair stick together causing it to look very flat and my head gets itchy as well.  Just be careful about what chemicals are in the shampoo that you buy.  Some chemicals are bad for your hair if used too often, not to mention the whole, oily, dry, thin, etc differences/options that one brand of shampoo can have.
