@LostStoner I must correct one thing LostStoner said..
He implies that this site is being run to make money. That is not the case at all. Other than casually mentioning that you can make voluntary donations to help pay for computer equipment, and other expenses.. there is no advertising, and no fees which are imposed to make profits.

But.. the real value of this site has nothing to do with money. It's value is it's content. It is like a Pubic Library one goes to instead of going to a Bookstore. What made this site #1 in the milieu of gay porn is it's CONTENT. It makes no sense that studio A is banned from this site whilst studio B is allowed, and even less sense that the people who took the time, effort, and HARD work to bring titles from the accepted studio A, are then punished by being suffocated for 3 months because some toothless 3rd party service being run by some clown out of his basement decides he's going to be the mega troll and exploit the functionality of the search engine to cannibalize the site
In fact, here is another idea.. why not eliminate the text search on this site, and only have the BROWSE GALLERY functionality? (unless someone is a SUPER USER). Limit the access to the text search engine to Super Users.

As I mentioned, one is unlikely to ever have their children taking care of them when they get elderly.. BUT it is far more likely that the parent will wind up taking care of the CHILDREN throughout their entire lives. With children moving back in.. being stuck raising the grandchildren.. paying the mortgages of their children, etc.

Having children for elder care is not a good reason at all.. for a few reasons.

First of all, do you really want to ruin your children's lives by having them taking care of you 24/7 like having an elderly baby?

Second.. children rarely want to get involved with elder care anymore. My mother anticipated that she could move in with one of my brothers eventually. Well, he would have none of that.. and he moved 3100 miles away.. as far away as possible while still being in the USA - just to avoid being hit up by her. He also did not give her his phone number. When she did get ahold of him and asked about moving in with him, he told her that she would need a minimum of $1 million to do that. So.. my mom didn't have enough assets and savings to satisfy my brother's requirments to move in with him.

Nobody wanted to take care of my father. Both of my brothers lived just a few miles from him, while I had moved a thousand miles away. I had to move back here just to take care of him because he was expected to die within weeks and was BEGGING me to come back and take care of him. I did.. and I regret it. I managed to keep him alive for 11 years, and he made my life a living hell during those 11 years.

My mother was an RN nurse. Her plan was to retire and open an assisted living facility for the elderly. Well, not only did that not happen, but she put her husbands father and her own mother into nursing homes. How ironic.. an RN who spent her life taking care of a ward of 40 patients.. refuses to even take care of her own mother!

Because I am being punished by not being able to upload for 3 months, even though two mods say that there are no restrictions on my account.. yet this site TELLS me I am suspended for 90 days. And I did nothing wrong.. and neither did a bevy of other uploaders who also got suspended for no rational reason.

So.. I can't test out your problem myself. 90 days is a long time. @blablarg18 When a torrent has been DMCA copyright removed, instead of being removed, it should remain in the database, but be marked "DMCA" and not be downloadable. In that way, people would not continue to re-upload the same files.
IN FACT.. I am sure that some unscrupulous trolls have existing torrents taken down by DMCA claims, just so THEY can go ahead and re-upload those files and get credit for them. I am almost certain that this has happened quite a bit, because over the years, I have had my torrents removed for supposed DMCA violations.. yet several other sizes and formats of the same file remained on the site! For instance.. someone would upload a 5GB rip of the DVD "Horse Hung Hippies Hitchhiking in Honduras" and I would upload an 800 mb version of the same movie in another format. My upload would be removed with a DMCA claim, yet the 5GB DVD rip remained on the site. Seems probably that the uploader of the 5GB version did not want my 900 mb version on the site competing for downloads. While on that topic, it's probably not a wise thing to be posting DVD rips as they are clones of the product and not re-encoded, lower quality versions. I would like to think that someone who really liked one of my small, low quality uploads.. would go out and purchase the DVD in pristine quality, with directors notes, bonus scenes, backstage footage, cumshot compilations, model profiles, etc. But instead.. the most valued members of this site.. the uploaders.. are all in cyber jail for 3 months for uploading things that nobody ever said they could not upload, and still have not said they can't upload. Ain't dat a bitch? I wonder how many of those precious uploaders will do their torrenting elsewhere rather than wait 3 months to have their shackles taken off,, and potentially be hit with another 3 month cyber jail sentence?
