@kurtiscub QTM is no longer maintained, last update was almost 7 years ago, after the site moved to the new domain gaytor.rent QTM started to act weird, it only works when it wants.
You can try GUU, developed by one of the forum members, it's a brand new utility so it's prone to bugs but at least it is being maintained and supported, so if you face issues they'll be addressed shortly. You can find it here:

@frostycab one interesting thing that happens in this god forsaken forum is that P&D take up 90% of all traffic so if you just ignore this section altogether, the forum becomes a ghost town, which I personally love. As far as blocking goes, most of the P&D people only exist inside that category, I've never heard of the aforementioned gentlemen before, for example, so blocking is not even necessary. Apart of course from the two main characters, and I've already blocked the one I am allowed to.

After setting the download path to the correct directory, you can start the torrent. If everything is right, the client will start checking the files and start seeding. If it starts at 0% and fails to check, you have set the wrong download path.
After checking, if all files are found, it will start seeding and you have successfully fulfilled a reseed request! What you get in return??? A pat in the back from me, yay!
I have 3,800 SBP, from which almost 2,600 were gifted through thanks from other members since I joined the site back in 2017, seven years ago... Every single day I am online seeding more than 200 torrents.
All the while in gay-area I have a total of 3.000 SBP that I got for uploading and seeding 02 (two) torrents, since I joined back in 2023.
Here I engage in the forum, I upload stuff, serve reseed requests when possible, and I even have to read idiotic comments when I complain that the site doesn't reward enough SBP for those positive behaviors, of people saying this community is not about being rewarded...
I might as well just pause all my torrents, knowing some will go dead instantly, because there is no considerable reward for contributing, just like there is no considerable punishment for hit and run.
Suggestion:
I will come back to this topic in a year and see that nothing has changed, and I'll update it with a funny cat gif to make it more useful.

I notice that when you are the only seeder (usually the initial seeder) it is common for others to be unable to reach you, because of mismaching security settings, privilleged ports, firewall rules, filter lists, ISP, etc etc etc... So it's common for multiple people to start leeching a torrent that never starts, and then one lucky guy comes in and connects to the seeder, and starts seeding to the others. That's how it goes.

But above we have an old torrent, its only seeder is likely not the original uploader, and we have 170 leechers, everyone equally stuck at 40 something percent. The seeder is always there, meaning they're contacting the tracker from time to time.... How come he's unable to seed to at least one or two of the 170??

only has 1 seeder, you can request mods to make the torrent freeleech and this will make more popular, and hopefully you'll be able to download it soon. Click the second link I sent in my previous message and send the link to the torrent there.
and always check the number of seeders in the downloading page, torrents with only 1 or 2 seeders you need to be extremely lucky to have success downloading.

@Shunn-0 you should double click the torrent to see the properties, then go to "tracker" tab and enable "show details"
@Shunn-0 you will get help more easily if you use a recommended torrent app, such as qbittorrent or transmission, and if you are able to provide the tracker status.
