Hmm… It's a little tough to tell for sure without knowing the router, and other connecting gear models or specifications, but my guess is that your router is acting like a switch, and your ISP is providing only one IP address. A router (one with NAT -- Network Address Translation), takes that one address, and then hides the other computers you have connected behind itself. It makes more addresses on the "inside" network, then passes requests from the inside to the outside, and data back inside from the outside.
showip.net will show you what the outside IP address is. If it matches what your computer's operating system thinks is it's ip address, then NAT isn't working, and your router needs a checkup. Since he's using Utorrent, he's likely running Windows, and you can use this procedure to find our internal address:
Click on "Start > Run" and in the blank box type (without quotes) "CMD" amd press the Enter key.
A black window will appear, this is the "Command Prompt"
There, type (without quotes) "IPCONFIG" and press the Enter key. That will show you your Internal IP Address. If you see many entries here, look for the one that is under the name of "Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:"
If the addresses are the same, or if either is the same as the external address, you need to set your router to properly hand out internal IP addresses. I'd be happy to guide you through it, but I need more details.

I was simply refering to people blocked from dl and not deleted account (I wonder what is this number). People who don't dl don't participate in the ul!
The big problem is the people who DO dl but who don't want to participate in the UL. They haven't figured out that their dl has to come from somewhere, and that it's other people uploading who make their dl possible. They don't realize that for everyone with a 0.22 ratio, there's someone else with a 1.78. It all evens out in the end, except for those who get booted or just quit.
I bet most of them will not or cannot fix their ratio from what ever reasons. Their account linger but they no longer come in, and the poor dudes who tried to register a new account without rolling their IP first got bashed.
Those who cannot fix their ratio likely have waited only long enough for their download to finish, then stopped it, watched the movie they downloaded, then deleted it. To fix their ratio, all they would have had to do was NOTHING! Just leave it alone, and their computer will seed until their ratio is fine!
Without new registrants and with many users blocked I see nothing but a grim future for GT.

This is an interesting picture. And for another one, click on your own user name. You have many torrents uploading, but as I write this, 12 of them have nobody downloading. 18 do. Of the 12, most have at least 10 other people standing by to upload, so you can safely stop them, concentrating your efforts where it will do more good.
There are some things you can do to help things work better, so things are faster for you and so you will have a better experience. The first thing is the```

Find out what your ISP lets you upload and download, or run a speed test yourself at www.dslreports.com/speedtest then set your limits to something less than that. If you are limited to 50k/sec uploads, and try to send 60, not all of it will get through, and your download will suffer because your requests get lost! This likely is the problem you are having, because your downloads have lots of seeds. Try limiting your uploads to 10 or so, your downloads to 3, and stop forcing it. I bet things will work better. And don't forget, you don't have to wait, your computer can do the work itself while you sleep. The computer doesn't care if it was done 10 minutes before you came back,or 10 hours. But if it was 10 hours, your ratio will likely look a lot better.Well, there are some really easy ones…

Something makes me think that one of Phread's sons turned out to be a friend of Dorothy. I don't remember the details of how he was expelled from the family, removed from all family reports and even erased from the pages of the family bible. I wasn't able to find what I'd consider to be a credible reference to it, but since the largest source of their new members is by generating family members, chances are high that they'd eventually get at least one of us.
